Haven't ordered from them yet so I don't know. But it's not like the brew anything themselves. They just sell most what looks like shit from pharmacies from different countries and whatnot. It's not like they really have that great of prices on most things anyway. Can find similar stuff from sources that are known to have better communication and whatnot. If you're only spending like 30-50 bucks then it can't really hurt to try. Don't have anything I want or like at the prices they have so they don't look good for me.
I ordered from their domestic side maybe a week ago. Zero complaints and quick shipping.
