"25% of young steroids users have clogged coronary arteries"

Not sure if I would have any benefit by taking a statin. I think I have pretty good lipid levels, probably due to genetics.

This is how they look on cruise (150mg Test + 30mg Primo):

Hdl: 71
Ldl : 61
Triglycerides: 43

During small blast (400mg Test + 200mg primo):

Hdl: 40
Ldl: 71
Trigs: 63

This was 3 years ago with 1g total, 800mg of test + 30mg anavar ed + 0,5mg arimidex e3d:

The good thing is they dont get any worse than that. Lowest I got hdl to was 35 with 1g of weekly gear and that included anavar as oral, ldl was low too. Every time I try low dose atorvastatin (5mg ed) I get muscle pain a couple days in and then I just stop. I think my ldl is generally too low, not sure why, but I guess that's more like a blessing in this case, what you guys think?

I wonder if it's even possible to build up more plaque than usual with my low levels of cholesterol? Is there any study on it?

incredible. Even pre-gear my HDL never went above 44

They had some changes to the reccomendation of baby aspirin. They said they don't reccomend it anymore.

But if you have a family history of blood clots I don't see how it cause more harm than good... People been doing it for so many years... But ask your doctor...

Other factors that can play a role in blood clots other than clotting and cholesterol is elasticity of blood vessels which can be an issue for sure. nicotine is the most infamous one for hardening of vessels.

The definition of arteriosclerosis vs atherosclerosis is a little weird.

The whole thing of total cholesterol seems like it keeps changing and I haven't kept up with the reccomendations. My cholesterol hasn't been messed up except for being on tren.

Typically if people remain nearly isocaloric with no genetic issues they should be fine (obviously drugs change this)

But if you are genetically predisposed then you may be fucked.

I haven't looked too much in cholesterol aiding agents as I had no need to look into it. Especially if my main reading of poor cholesterol was tren induced.

Things that can also make clotting worse:

- estrogen. Women with factor V are supposed to never take birth control, i.e. increase estrogen.
- High hematocrit
- Pulmonary artery atherosclerosis
- higher blood pressure

- Genetics. There's two major SNPs for clotting. Being homozygous for one means you should probably NEVER touch gear.

basically nearly every side effect of gear suppose

Does anyone have any success keeping anything healthy while on tren? Even less than 200mg per week?
Tren (like all androgens) directly damages the kidneys and heart.

I suppose if you keep LDL/ApoB low, cystatin C is in range, and echo cardiogram comes back fine, you're probably okay?

Basically be paranoid about kidney and heart health, I dunno.

That's funny you mentioned it.
I just got a Fitbit to focus more on my cardiovascular health. I got the inspire 3. I wish I got it sooner. I love this thing.

Same reason. I got the charge 5 after doctor try to say I have tachycardia and to go to cardiologist.

I mean that’s should be based on resting, but Fitbit says my resting is 75-80. But during the day (when he would measure) my BPM just sitting around is usually 85-95 with spikes over 100-110.

So I’m not sure what is more accurate reference for heart health. Day time BPM or fitbits ‘resting’ which is usually when your asleep?

sitting should be fine. its technically at rest, but night time is good too.

Honestly, I feel like everyone should get a fitbit now. Helps give you an idea of your activity to increase caloric intake or not imo.

The inspire lasts for 10 days which is amazing. only 75 bucks

I just got this one. it was 75 when I bought it on Thursday. It has a 10 day battery life.

there are a lot of options to buy, this seemed the simplest and I don't want to charge it all the time.

The watch does matches well with my estimated TDEE. Also helps me focus staying in LISS so I can do be on the border between fat burning adn cardio. I also want to use it to see how much I can improve resting HR, and when I do actual cardio(not LISS). I can improve my heart health.

Who knows how good the calorie counter is. it uses BMR as the base and activity added to throw in more calories. even if its inaccurate up to 20% I am ok with that. Its a constant reminder I have a goal.

Thank you I’m going to look into investing into one and will try this really does help you stay on track and so cool we can track sleep and heart rate which is a must

How well does the sleep tracking work? Thinking of starting to do something to combat Tren induced shitty sleep (without actually giving up Tren) and a way to track changes would be better than going off a gut feeling

The definition of arteriosclerosis vs atherosclerosis is a little weweird.
To my knowledge, atherosclerosis is just a type of arteriosclerosis. Arteriosclerosis is in its simplest form the narrowing of arteries due to buildup/deposits, and atherosclerosis deals specifically with fat buildup.

Are you able to spell out the SNP's for us, I've tried to search around (snpedia etc.) but there seem yo be allot of them affecting coagulation....

here are the SNP to look out for Thrombosis risk
SNP Safe variants
rs6025 CC
rs1799963/i3002432 GG
rs5918 TT
rs1613662 AA
rs2036914 TT

and thr ones for Hemochromatosis
SNP Safe variants
rs1800562 GG
