2nd Cycle questions

first off, im 23 years old, with 6% body fat and 165lbs at 5'5. ive been lifting a good four years seriously, starting at 120 and going up from there. my macros are as of right now, fats 70g, carbs 240g, and 320g of protein which consists mainly of oats, chicken, egg whites, protein powder, sweet potatoes, almond milk, turkey meat, veggies, and tuna. all my food is weighed out so i know what im taking in on a daily basis. So, after all that, ive taken an 8 week cycle which was very light. i took 400mg a week of Test cypionate with arimidex. I stuck to a strict diet and leaned up quite a bit. Now, i want to start another cycle. im thinking of taking deca with test E, but havent set my mind on anything yet. another order will be placed next week and wanting to get some input from you guys before i make a decision on what im going to take. wanting to gain a decent amount of weight, which i know, depends on my nutrition, which i believe is pretty well off. thanks for your input!

Are you going to let your HPTA recover.
 
its been a few months since my last cycle and i think its it would be fine to start another one. didnt have many side effects with first cycle at all, dont think it was strong enough and didnt do much at all.
 
Deca and test are perfect for putting mass on. Sounds like you have the othet bases covered.
 
have any recommendations on dosage? ive heard different things from others but so far ive heard 20-30mg a day for four weeks of Deca then week 1-8 test E. any suggestions?

I think you mean dbol friend not deca. 20-30 mg of dbol is good. Take it pre work out. For a second cycle it is a good choice to get your cycle started strong.
 
You have as much protein as you need. Check you diet. Eat to bulk up. More calories.
 
Dbol, sorry lol was reading another article and got misguided. on my first cycle, i was eating 3600 calories by bumping up my carbs to 2.5g per body pound... do i need more?
