I've got a couple of mobile apps that bring in passive revenue through display ads. Additionally, I manage a couple of sites/blogs where I earn commissions from affiliate sales and displayed ads. On top of that, I have a couple of SaaS applications that bring in some income here and there. As a software developer, these started off as hobby projects but evolved into valuable ventures that people actually use. It's not life-changing money, but my income has essentially doubled passively

Hey dude, Do you have any info you could send me about these apps? I use a couple of them for gig work and I hooked up with freelance but havent done any jobs. I dont have software developer experience but if its doable for the average guy, Id like to hear more about it! I would go with the only fans idea but at this point I think its played out unless youve got something different or "strange" going on in it, lmao.

What are some ways you guys have found to generate some extra income, or better yet passive income? More specifically ideas that don't require a lot of start up cash like real estate or things like that

Depending on your skill level with things turning your hobbies into profitable side hustles is the way to go. I have a little bit of wood working skills so recently started making live edge tables in my free time. About a $400 expense and you can net up to 1k profit. And you put in maybe about 10 hours of real work.
