Well, I have a doubt regarding the albuterol dose.

Its safe regard the endogenous testosterone?

Albuterol will be SHUTDOWN me?at what dose?

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Albuterol wont shut you down...... it's an asthma drug. Not a steroid.

What did you eat today? I think you should start reading some recipes and learn the basics of TDEE before you start popping all these pills big guy.

The current problem is that I do not want to continue gaining weight. My current weight is 81kilos with a 17-18 bf. Ideal goal 73kilos with a 15% bf.Height 173cms.

My diet is 4 meals,
breakfast oats or whole wheat bread with whole eggs or whey.
lunch is purw of potato, brown rice or white, with chicken, beef or fish and a salad.
The third meal is low glycemic index fruit with some almonds and a little more whey.
The fourth meal is like lunch but a little.

The truth is that steroids are great but it seems that is not what I need at this time.

I need a ton of cardio, I want to return to my 73 kilos. Anyway albuterol seems a great help and would you use a Little T4?, I can not get T3.

THANKS!

I wouldn't use anything. Cut your carbs. Increase your fat. That's what I do when I want to lose weight.

Look in to tabata. Check out Craig capurso's super 30 workout. Great for losing weight.

Your body fat is closer to 30%

I Cant believe it. Well Im fat period but a strenght fat.

That sounds bad, what would you suggest? I mean is albuterol a good start? or better start right away with 150mg test cyp week and var to 30mg? Thanks again

PD.Low carbs dont help with my energy neither for training nor for my work

Ketogenic diets tend to be the quickest way for a large guy to drop bodyfat, however they do require time to get into a keto adapted state. The problem being this diet is very restrictive and requires great dedication.

The long story short is that drugs will help with what you want to achieve, however they are not going to do anything in terms to what dedication and hard work will do for you.

I would advise you think about a goal you want to achieve, and thoroughly dedicate yourself to that goal, all the while, realising that to achieve this, you are going to have to do things that are unpleasant, ie carb cycling, keto diets, calorie restricting.

If I was to monitor you personally, I would implement a ketogenic diet, with weekly refeeds, Insulin use to keto adapt, DNP cycling, moderate T3 doses and a strict workout regime.

However, based upon your current situation, I would download Myfitnesspal, put in a 500 calorie deficit and track every item of food, do hard cardio and weight lifting. Do this day in day out for 3 months, you'll be stoked with the progress.

But please always remember, pinning yourself with oil will not drop bodyfat, popping pills will not drop bodyfat, cardio, diet, training, determination, willpower, these things will drop bodyfat

Well, I appreciate your help. But, however, diet is not an option for me. It's not about dedication.

It is about well-being. And the ketogenic diet, in the past made my quality of life much worse, I do not intend to do it again.

Tell me one thing, I assume my cost, but if I manage to get away with mine and use 30mg of var and 10 of dbol, and not get the small lethargy, I repeat small (everything else was perfect when I used var with hcg and proviron). Do you think I would lose fat if I kept those doses for 12 weeks?

That's the new question, if your answer is no, because you think fat loss will be irrelevant, then I will decrease my training volume and run albuterol on a normal diet like my current diet and increase cardio a little.

I think you need to put down the steroids and get on the treadmill.

I don't understand how lethargy from a ketogenic diet can be more severe than the lethargy of being shut down.

Clearly it is not about well being, otherwise you wouldn't be taking all these drugs.
It definitely is a dedication problem.

mate, it's lethargy plus increased cortisol fro keto. Cortisol which in turn generates in my status quo a tendency to decrease androgenic metabolism, so I continue to gain fat and feel worse. My work is intellectual and that elevation of cortisol is efficient only in the physical field, not the field of the sociability and being strategic (I have already studied law and work for a lawyer).
I ask you to be careful to speculate and extrapolate your experience to mine.

Its not about dedication, dont be an "smartass" please

This assuming that it will be a long day, so it seems that in general terms you do not recommend the proposal number one, which I formulated.
I am right?

sorry for the delay fellas.

Of course I can train without medicines, I'm probably stronger than many of you here.

Not anyone lives to tell that a shark has survived, of course a small and harmless shark, but shark anyway!

As is my favorite cardio is to climb tops, up hill.
Do LISS is achild´s game and frankly if you tell me need to increase it, I will. But I mean I have the potential to do ostentatious things fellas.

As an anecdote something that I appreciate a lot about steroids is the well-being about resilience. It feels like I've slept for many hours in a perfect way.

About ketones as brain food is debatable. That is a theory westonprice corporation has become fashionable at least since 2003.

But in the real world, you can not be an asshole just because you want to lose some fat.Not sure about your age or work.

I do not like the idea of criticizing the theory of ketones and the paleolithic argument, but a contrario sensu, if we follow your argument there is a study where it is shown that anavar makes ketosis more efficient and ketone use.
So paleo moral discourse, of course no one has verified for sure everything they hold, it's just a speech for me, I respect it, but hey, in my reality that way of eating is to take me straight to a cortisol loop ad eternum.

By the way, I can also do heavy fasting weights, a coffee and voilâ.
