Donuts and dbol don't prevent anyone from losing weight. It's not the food choices so much as it is the quantity of food choices and how they fit within one's diet. I can get to 10% BF eating ice cream and brownies regularly, my buddy earned his pro card eating brownies, ice cream, mcdonalds, donuts etc up to 4-5wks out from his show. Now I won't be able to get to 10% BF if I eat gallons of ice cream daily but that doesn't mean I can't have a few scoops every few days if I want to.

What I recommend for OP is to get into a calorie deficit. Anywhere from a 10-20% or larger deficit depending how fast he wants to achieve fat loss. Maintain a sufficient protein intake of 1-1.25g/lb. Meet his minimum dietary fat requirements. If he doesn't want to go keto then add in as many carbs as he wants so long as he maintains the calorie deficit. After 2 wks do a refeed. As he gets leaner he might need more frequent refeeds. Cardio isn't needed for fat loss but if he wants to do it (he says he likes swimming) then do some light to moderate cardio/swimming.

Thanks for this post doctor, I see that we speak a very similar language, seems to be.
A little swim, climb slopes running, or the bike on the way up, I honestly never really liked the LISS. But I see that LISS after the weights is nice.

Urgh. Not touching this with a barge pole. Enjoy your ice cream, with your "pro" mate.

Hey, the measurement of glucose and the contrast between whole eggs with oats or egg whites with oats vs. breakfast mufin for example, is no joke. Really this issue has been discussed for some time in certain forums of Spain.

Hard to understand? Do your calculations with a glucometer, leave your ego aside and do a little science.

Thank you.

From that year comes the discussion and the links that explain.

In any case and honestly, of all the years I've been eating oatmeal, I've never been made to feel good about breakfast.
Whole eggs and oatmeal without any problems.

Copping out again? We were just about to have such a fun time. Bummer.

Oh I most certainly will ;).

Well leaving aside your jokes doc, I really can not understand them all, although I guess you think I'm a homie or something, I tell you the following.

Man I use my will and as a healthy food, I detest the oats but I eat it as well.

It strikes me that sometimes it seems that you read linearly.

Comeon

I don't think anything negative of you. I think you're like all members in that you have a goal you want to work towards.

I don't eat foods I don't enjoy.

Thanks, seriously? In any case, what do you usually eat for breakfast?

If I have breakfast, which lately I don't always have bc it's been upsetting my stomach, it's usually a combo of some or all of the following:

6-8eggs with pita bread
A homemade shake
Oats and protein shake
Nutella and pita bread
Protein pancakes

There's a place near my house that has bistec, juevos fritos, arroz con habichuelas, chorizo, platanos maduros, and chicharron although I don't eat the chicharron lol.
