THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Ketogenic diets tend to be the quickest way for a large guy to drop bodyfat, however they do require time to get into a keto adapted state. The problem being this diet is very restrictive and requires great dedication.

The long story short is that drugs will help with what you want to achieve, however they are not going to do anything in terms to what dedication and hard work will do for you.

I would advise you think about a goal you want to achieve, and thoroughly dedicate yourself to that goal, all the while, realising that to achieve this, you are going to have to do things that are unpleasant, ie carb cycling, keto diets, calorie restricting.

If I was to monitor you personally, I would implement a ketogenic diet, with weekly refeeds, Insulin use to keto adapt, DNP cycling, moderate T3 doses and a strict workout regime.

However, based upon your current situation, I would download Myfitnesspal, put in a 500 calorie deficit and track every item of food, do hard cardio and weight lifting. Do this day in day out for 3 months, you'll be stoked with the progress.

But please always remember, pinning yourself with oil will not drop bodyfat, popping pills will not drop bodyfat, cardio, diet, training, determination, willpower, these things will drop bodyfat

A ketogenic diet is no quicker than any other diet at dropping bodyfat.

Odd. Just that ketones are your brains preferred fuel source. Can't imagine trying to think "strategically" is too easy when your testosterone is shut down. But fuck it. What do I know?

Glucose is the brain's preferred energy substrate, not ketones.

Lethargy from keto is a well documented side for a good deal of people

The body primarily uses bodyfat for fuel, making fat loss easier, also, appetite surpression controls calorie intake.

Well documented during the adaptation phase.

Easy guys, anyway,i recognize that if I could balance that elevation of cortisol, and pin the t, obviously besides being a superman multiplying the breads, no joke, I think it has to do with the ratio test / cortisol and the ability to comfortably facilitate the use of Ketones, but in itself I do not tell you that keto is bad per se, not at all, in fact I eat the polyquin from time to time I like, understand?
But my fear with t is my character, just that, and this is why im thinking in make some andriol homebrew(test u+castor oil even kitchen oil iam a supermacho really), Is a dosage issue, I think

You aren't super macho.
Your physique is similar to a college student who eats her emotions.

Thats your believe,Hcant say nothing, btw,How old are you big guy?

Its not about loss control its about the good presence,YES,a "dark character" "bull eyes" its not a funny thing in my world,

Comprendes?

Yeah. Walked up and down mountains for 8 days, 2 days of which was done without eating, and drinking bleached water from a stream.

Coincidentally, lots of death was involved during those 8 days too.

Look I do not come to a forum in another language to lie, believe what you want. But do not use me as an emotional support for your beliefs.
If you want to help, help, just that

No, I actually only comprehend about 10% of what you verbally shit on your keyboard.

Lol you don't want help, you just want someone to say "yes, do this."
Everyone on this board has told you what to do and how to properly do it, but you won't take their advice.
Deuces.

You seem to see a single path, there are many ways to act in these cases.

I do not understand your obstinacy.

yes bc glucose isn't being taken in from carbs BUT you are also eating more fat which means more fat is being stored at the same time as you're using fat for fuel so the actual differences are none.

Well documented during the adaptation phase.

Not just during the adaptation phase. There are a good amount of people who will never adapt well to keto as well as many of those who do adapt, perform worse with keto.

Can't imagine lethargy from ketosis rivals lethargy from being shutdown...

For a portion of the population it's much worse being in keto. I experience no lethargy from being shut down for example. And he mentioned taking some AAS so it's not like he has no compounds that would be acting on the androgen receptors. Please don't think I'm advising to do what he plans bc I think it's a bad idea
