Alibaba HGH

@DragoT, apology accepted, You and I have spoke privately before and I should have known better than to think negatively like that, please accept mine as well, I just didn’t know where you were going with that stuff.

@Rockclimber is right, people are missing the point when it comes to the fact that some of us have gotten alibaba GH that we are satisfied with. I didn’t send mine to analyzer but my IGF bloods came back at 456. I also purchased some melanotan 2 and stuff is head to toe legit. My point is, if you have no experience with purchasing or trying ali GH then stop bashing it. I’ve thus far only heard of one person getting bunk GH and he is supposed to be getting refunded.

Very interesting...

Up until this morning I was not aware of the fact there are two molecular forms of human GH (hGH) - 20 kDa and 22 kDa. While I don't believe there is difference in the manufacturing process (thus production cost), at least one study that I found states that 20kDa might be more efficient in terms of "in treating adult GH deficiency, especially those with severe obesity" because "higher dose of the 22 kDa hGH increased insulin concentrations without changing blood glucose demonstrates that this concentration of the hormone induces insulin resistance, whereas the same dose of 20 kDa hGH does not."

Metabolic effects of 20 kDa and 22 kDa human growth hormones on adult male spontaneous dwarf rats.

@ChestRockwell What say you?

***Perhaps it is important to note that 20 kDA rHGH is... "a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 177 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 20322 Dalton." Could this actually be a frag (but still called HGH?)

***Funny. Fragment 177-191 is less than 10% of the HG molecule in the higher end (claimed to be responsible for fat loss), whereas 20kDa GH molecule is the from the beginning to... 177th amino acid. Shit, my head hurt :-(

Until reading this thread I figured alibaba was just a scam with cheap knockoffs but now I am looking at acouple different sellers trying to find which one would be best for frag

Keep it coming brother. Knowledge is power.

This is new low for me - to quote my own post. Anyway...

The reasons I did it are at lest two, but first:

A lot have been said about Fragment 176-191, mainly that this is the amino acid sequence (the last 15 amino acids at the end of the complete GH molecule) responsible for triggering lipolysis (fat loss) without potentially danger of organ growth (very high IGF-1). Aha, this peptide does not raise IGF-1, so far, so good.

And, of course, we do have HGH 191aa (191 amino acids in particular sequence) and molecular mass of 22,124 Dalton (aka 22kDa). We know that one (the real deal) raises IGF-1 and triggers lipolysis.

For my amusement, I find today there is another sequence of 177 amino acids, which for some reason is also called "Human Growth Hormone" but more precisely "Growth Hormone 20kDa" which, by virtue of been only 177 amino acids have molecular mass of 20,322 Dalton (aka 20kDa). That sucker does raises IGF-1, but does not triggers lipolysis because... it is missing the end of the sequence (refer to Fragment 176-191).

Now that we have the breakdown, the reason as promised:

Every now and then here someone will say "Is it possible that the (evil) Chinese have come up with some shit to trick us it is HGH by raising IGF-1 but it is not HGH"?

The answer is YES (there is, it is called Growth Hormone 20kDa), and NO, they (Chinese) did not "come up" with it, science did it.

So, when we're talking about "HGH testing", not only the protein content in milligram must be tested, but the test result must clearly show the molecular mass of said protein!

I'd love to have @Analyzer chime in and talk about the methodology he uses and @Michael Scally MD to the following question - "When we test Serum GH after say 10IU pin, if the substance was "Growth Hormone 20kDa", will "Serum GH" will still be detected?"

I love challenging my self (and others) all the time. All of a sudden "IGF-1 of 400ng/mL" got a whole new perspective...

Not to go off on a tangent or anything, but.. lol There is frag 176-191, and frag 177-191. Not a ton of info out there about the differences, but from what I can gather 176-191 is superior. I’ve been running frag 176-191, occasionally, along with my daily regular gh (ansomone). I’m Interested to know if it is a total waste to add frag to regular GH. it seems frag is best utilized with ghrp2, (maybe cjc actually, don’t quote me on that). But can’t tell if adding frag to gh is a waste, because of something like max lipolysis already achieved with say 2iu gh, so frag won’t enhance it further. Ya I know, my frag experiment was poorly researched. Info on peptides is sketchy.. well idk maybe I can save someone else from same mistake

I just got an email back from Primal.com, which is one of the registered distributors for Jintropin.
He stated that it is illegal for the product to be sold outside Hong Kong city.
Does this legal issue apply to all HGH in China, in that, is it illegal for them to ship it to another country?
Additionally, Jintropin is still expensive to buy in China. The price he quoted was US$535 for 20 vials 4iu/vial. Surprised me.

For what I have found so far: GenSci (GeneScience Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd) lost it's manufacturing license in 2010 (later renewed but under very strict regulation) which includes "non-export" clause. So, the statement "illegal for the product to be sold outside Hong Kong city" is correct. So it is "outside of mainland China". The less than 1% real Jintropin found outside of China is smuggled, the rest (99%) is fake in terms of branding and/or content. I'd avoid it as plague.

Fragments (if ever approved for human use) might be valuable tool fighting specific conditions without the trade offs. Think of statins - lower cholesterol but cause lived damage...

GH 20kDa is no exception. The study suggests a possible practical application could be treating "dwarfism (lack of GH and/or conversion to IGF-1) in severely obese patients". Now, severely obese (God forgive me) dwarf would be a rare occasion, but if true - "22 kDa hGH increased insulin concentrations without changing blood glucose demonstrates that this concentration of the hormone induces insulin resistance, whereas the same dose of 20 kDa hGH does not" i.e. "will grow taller but with diabetes on 191aa vs grow taller only on 176."

Now, the purpose of this board by virtue of bodybuilding is to "take advantage of science in order to grow bigger while losing fat in the same time". This is why I brought the subject of 20 kDa hGH to light in first place...

Interesting stuff. I personally could care less if I use GH 191aa, GH 20 kDa or some other version as long as it does what it supposed to do. I take GH for specific reasons and if science comes up with a better alternative that performs the same functions in a more optimal manner then I'm about it.

Just tell me where I can get legit stuff for a good price. :)

But wait, what if one wants to utilize GH during cutting cycle for sole purpose of fat loss and use GH 20 kDa (where the sequence allegedly triggering lipolysis is missing)? Would you say this is waste of resources?

The opposite is also true - if your sole goal is to increase IGF-1 for purpose of muscle Hypertrophy, then either will suffice.

What I am saying is 191aa gives you best bang for the buck...

Again, whichever product the accomplishes my intended purpose the best is the one I'll use. If it's 191aa GH then great, if it's some other version that is optimal for my intended purpose then I'll take it instead.

At the moment it seems 191aa GH is still king for both fat loss and hypertrophy when the appropriate protocols are in place.

You mean
I think many of you are missing the broad picture here. Several of us have already received legitimate human growth hormone for less than a dollar an international unit and are satisfied with our purchase. The rest of you can sit here and analyze, complain and rationalize your decision not to purchase but me, I'm happy with the results I'm getting and can't wait for my igf results to come in. Even if they come in lower than expected I'll just up my daily dose.

At 5iu daily I have carpal tunnel syndrome, numb hands during the night, exceptionally fast finger nail and hair growth. Double the normal beard growth. All of this within the first month also. Just based on anecdotal evidence without the lab results coming back... the stuff is legit and I'm very happy with it.

$900 for 1500iu after shipping. I can't wait for my igf results to come back so I can buy another 1500iu and stockpile. Praying for igf in the 400s. Really hoping for that! Being on 350mg tren and nolvadex... probably not likely though.
why is it taking so long for your lab results to come back ? what lab did you use ?

Doctor is my mom. She's an endocrinologist but was on vacation, just got back. Really disappointed in my levels... same levels as I got from 4iu Godtropin. 213 or 223 something low like that. She told me on the phone. I'll scan and post the results when I have them in hand.

It is very odd because my dad at 2iu godtropin scored 400+ and at 4iu I scored low 200s. The same thing here happened. I don't know if it's because I weigh 230 lb or because I'm on nolvadex or what? I have all the sides that you get from growth hormone such as increased water retention, facial bloating, carpal tunnel syndrome, extremely fast nail and hair growth, deep deep sleeping. I'm very confused about this, The Next Step will be to send a vial off to analyzer. As of right now I do not recommend this source based on my numbers.
