Double or triple this would probably be fine.

New lab work just arrived, before TRT my T was 251, now at 1391 at the end of a 7 day cycle, too high ? I'm also taking some GH peptides . Thoughts ??
Your lab results are in.
Your total testosterone is 1391, and your estrogen level is 45.0, with an E/T ratio of 3.2%, which falls within the normal range.
Based on these results, you may discontinue the aromatase inhibitor (AI) at this time. Please reduce your dosage to 0.8cc per week.
Roger that and I am following your orders included in my 5-day workout of weight lifting is a 6 day 25 minute a day cardio getting the heart rate up to 140. Eating is pretty much cleaned up it was never really bad.
So to be clear this test was taken after 3 months.
Performance issues in the bedroom started after I went up about 2 weeks ago in the dosage of testosterone C.
Blood pressure 3 weeks ago was 125 over 80 so the increase in testosterone I'm now at 144/85.
Labs in Germany consider anything above 800 as extremely high already, the highest i had at a lab as for ref. range was 1000 and even when you get close to it they go full crazy mode on you.The lab I use is 250-1100.
Some men at 40 will be over 900 naturally.Labs in Germany consider anything above 800 as extremely high already, the highest i had at a lab as for ref. range was 1000 and even when you get close to it they go full crazy mode on you.
At 1.200 i feel perfect and intend to stay at that range forever, every time i do bloods i get a nurse or lab doc telling me that i gonna die soon because of TRT.
That blood pressure is way to high. I would lower the dose until blood pressure is at a reasonable level. As you lose weight BP will improve. Cardio is key for BP as well. Both LISS and high intensity. Test+overweight+no or not enough cardio = inevitable negative health consequences.Roger that and I am following your orders included in my 5-day workout of weight lifting is a 6 day 25 minute a day cardio getting the heart rate up to 140. Hey brother, you're getting invaluable feedback from extremely knowledgable members. They have been of tremendous help to me as well. Therefore, I have nothing to add... it's all Gold.
However, FYI... the blood labs you posted as pdf on page 2, post #26... has your personal info un-redacted. I went ahead and "reported" it so as its removed. Please follow up with admin and do the same.
Wish you the best!
Thank you for the response resting heart rate is regularly 76. I'm in very good shape I am carrying a little extra fluff around my midsection my endurance is good my strength is excellent no issues there I'll post some more current pictures I think that might help.Resting heart rate would also be interesting. Most likely also in the high 80-90s
Thank you and even as a new member I truly respect your thoughts. Cardio regular thing now after every workout strength training there's about 25 minutes of cardio work there so blood pressure should come into line sooner rather than later. I was also doing battle ropes but it was only once a week maybe twice and I got my heart rate up into the 150s and I did pretty good at it with consecutive sets of over 2 minutes each set with heavier ropes. I think what I'm doing now that I've become more informed on this site will certainly get me to work I want to be not just healthwise but composition wise. High protein diet clean eating, cardio, sleep, trt, and HGH. I am also complimenting the HGH with some peptides just coming on finishing my first cycle of peptides 5 weeks not sure I'm going to continue with that they're expensive and I think the HGH give you more bang for your buck? I know they do different things my goals are simple to get to get leaner and maybe put on some muscle chest shoulders a little bit on the legs. That blood pressure is way to high. For most people in most situations just using GH is the simpler better way to go. Glad to hear that you're incorporating cardio and covering all your bases. Just keep with it and you will reach your goals! Bodies take time to adapt and become healthier. You will see over the months that if you stick to the plan there will be big positive changes.Thank you and even as a new member I truly respect your thoughts. Respectfully, judging by these pictures, I would say that you would benefit from GLP1’s assisting you in an extended duration calorie deficit, combine with 5 to 7 days per week cardio (even if it’s only walking for an hour), in addition to your regular weight training. Also go low-fat, high protein, and moderate to low carbs for every meal of the week except for one cheap meal per week (not a cheat day).About 6 mo ago
