Mast does me right with water but I still retain some. And I’m a vain old broad. I hate it. Of course my love if caffeine and salty foods doesn’t help....tomorrow is heavy bench. We will see.

25 reps at 255 is supposed to be hard. You got through it and are on track for big things next month.

270 3x3 squat last night. Tonight attempt 205 bench on 2 boards. Already done this but failed on 1 board. Went back to short bus (3 boards) and working thru it again. Thoughts and prayers (tm) [emoji15] appreciated tonight.

Still at 15mg e3d. Contemplating jumping to 20mg.
 
I've got about a month left on my cycle. My strength seems to have stalled. I don't know if I'm at a place where I've reached my physical limit based on my weight and gear I'm willing to do or if tweaks to my form will help. Trying to dial everything in training and form wise is such a challenge and I want to be better/stronger yesterday. Patience is not my strongsuit. Got 185 paused bench today and I can do that all day long if you don't mind my butt lifting up 1/2''. Gawwwd...Had a gymbro come in and help me with my set up which makes it almost impossible to lift my butt up but it was towards the end and I was already physically spent. Was able to to it at 175 though. Today was second pin at 20mg. Maybe I'll squeeze a little more out of my lifts that way. Deads tomorrow..thougthsandprayers(tm).
 
You haven't stalled your progress just isn't as much as it has been which is expected when you reach the elite level you have numbers wise.

176 was your bench at the last meet and you were all out to get it. You will get 185 at the meet and maybe a bit more. That is over a 5% increase from your last meet. Far from stalling. Your other lifts are very similar increase wise.

Stay the course and keep putting in the hard work. You are on track.
 
and as masters said 5% in an incredibly small amount of time. as you get to elite numbers just keeping any progress is great. If you did the math at 5% every meet you would be world champ in no time :)

Now I'd like to pick you're brain for a moment. My wife and I are deciding if she is going to run primobolan again or venture over into masteron. She's got quite a few cycles under her belt and liked the idea of your "vanity run". I just wanted to ask in your opinion, pros and cons of each for the ladies and which is your favorite and why.

Felt definite increase in strength today. My 240 6x2 were pretty easy (relatively speaking) and 195 paused also going up easy. Maybe the extra oomph?

Hey!! Sure np! Vanity runs are fun but they’re mostly diet centric which sucks. You gotta be ready to be hungry. No one likes to be hungry lol. That said, of the compounds I’ve tried...anavar, primo, MastP, NPP and winny. MastP is my favorite for aesthetics. All but the MastP and winny made me hold water. NPP was the worst. I mean I hold a little water on all of them but winny and MastP the least. Below I’ll list the good/bad.

Anavar. Good for strength. Held a lot of water

Primo. Also good for strength. Made me shed hair

MastP. Vascular as hell. Striations and overall definition. Not as great for strength but still pretty good.

NPP. The best for strength. The worst for water. But nothing hurt ever while I was on it. Joints loved it.

Winny. Good for hardness. Vascularity pretty good. No notable joint pain. Some strength but not much.

Now surely there may be some dosage effects but I’ve been pretty conservative with all of it. Also there are individual effects. Some compounds are nicer to some women than others. So it’s highly individual.

Other sides include voice changes, increased facial hair (npp is the worst here) but decreased leg hair oddly, clit sensitivity. All the Normal cats and dogs you hear about.

Doing a cut this week for an event Saturday. Low carb/high protein and started water cut today. I woke up this morning to my hands hurting. My joints. This has been an on and off issue for me. I think I may be getting arthritis. But my lower back feels pretty tight right now too. Granted I feel shitty from cutting and a little dizzy (I attribute to the excess water) but is this a thing? A common thing? Or do I need to webmd myself into a terminal disease?

Not sure if this is of any help but at my advanced age, cough, cough, err 50, cough, this cold spell has my back, knees and hips quite a bit irritated. Not quite to the point I need to press my life alert button just yet though hehehe
