.....annnd we're off!

OK so this cycle is over. Time to be natty for a bit. I still love my mastp, and will use it again. I didn't reach all of my goals. Although I did get a 290+ pull and a 1-board 205 bench. The 300 squat was within my grasp but I got greedy and it just slipped away. I think most of my limitations are above the neck. Those numbers sound so big to me. I KNOW I can get them, but I have to get out of my own way. Argh....In the meantime I'm playing with ideas to get bigger numbers. I tried nose toque yesterday before trying to pull and I've found I can't lift heavy if I think I'm going to die and my brain is burning....Today I tried low bar squat...it felt ok but I'm still recovering from testing and whatever isn't tight hurts. So I will try again next week. Bench....well...I will continue to to tweak my set up to keep my butt down....

For the next month I will play with some hypertrophy and maybe *gasp* some WODs (I'll stay away from any that are barbell centric). I'm sitting at about 16-17% BF so I may try to play with that a little too. You know, like most normal people do during the holidays. :rolleyes:

Lol let's enjoy Christmas and start off the New Year with new things and experiments... hehehe.... no vanity this time but strength and size? Or strength with not too much size?
