Hey guys I have been taking DNP since the 5th of December and haven't had any side effects besides headaches and balding which is pretty bad lol. No amount of water fixes my headache and its just a slight headache. Other than that I am not to fatigued and drink lots of ice cold water. I still workout pretty intense and just drink lots of water as well as do intense cardio. I started at 200mg the first week and bumped it up to 400 mg without any issues. I take t3 as well playing with the dosing to see if it helps with hair loss. So down to the question. I know dnp has a 36 hour half-life, but I have also read it stays in the body for 3 weeks. I was just wondering if it would be ok to get off dnp3 days and still drink alcohol for xmas? Just asking to see if its ok so I don't hurt myself if it will I will just lay off the alcohol. Now would it still be a good idea to get off carb up on xmas and get back on. My weight loss isn't really dropping like it did the first week. I am dieting pretty hard, but some days I will wake a couple pounds heavier and it takes about 3 days for me to lose a half a pound. I read about people losing a pound a day and they don't exercise much. I had refeed days to manipulate leptin levels when I leaned out without dnp and I was able to get down to 10%. The handheld machine said 7%, but I didn't believe it lol.
