Another DNP Question

Hey guys I have been taking DNP since the 5th of December and haven't had any side effects besides headaches and balding which is pretty bad lol. No amount of water fixes my headache and its just a slight headache. Other than that I am not to fatigued and drink lots of ice cold water. I still workout pretty intense and just drink lots of water as well as do intense cardio. I started at 200mg the first week and bumped it up to 400 mg without any issues. I take t3 as well playing with the dosing to see if it helps with hair loss. So down to the question. I know dnp has a 36 hour half-life, but I have also read it stays in the body for 3 weeks. I was just wondering if it would be ok to get off dnp3 days and still drink alcohol for xmas? Just asking to see if its ok so I don't hurt myself if it will I will just lay off the alcohol. Now would it still be a good idea to get off carb up on xmas and get back on. My weight loss isn't really dropping like it did the first week. I am dieting pretty hard, but some days I will wake a couple pounds heavier and it takes about 3 days for me to lose a half a pound. I read about people losing a pound a day and they don't exercise much. I had refeed days to manipulate leptin levels when I leaned out without dnp and I was able to get down to 10%. The handheld machine said 7%, but I didn't believe it lol.
 
i have done a few cycles dnp; chrystals and powder. personally i prefer chrystals because they are out of my system more quickly. on the other hand i need to split the doses 2 or 3 times a day depending on amount of mg i take.

i dont know if you have chrystals or powder, i dont know your weight, dont know your diet etc etc. but if you have been taking 400mg since december 5 so thats over 2 weeks now, it sounds weird you have ' no sides'. i take 500-600mg a day chrystals and i am a pretty big guy and tuff but after 2 weeks the sweating, no sleaping, totally out of energy start to wear me out completely. i had no life after about 10 days. last cycle i did was 3 weeks 500mg and the last week was realy realy heavy. for sure for most people unbareble. i am lucky i work as free lancer so i take off 3 weeks and take plenty rest and stuff but boy but sometimes i had to go to a meeting and a meeting of an hour is all i can take after 2 weeks on DNP. so i wonder if yours is underdosed or something else.

also regarding to fat loss. i loose about 2 kg of fat a week on dnp. if you loose less then 1 kg of fat a week on dnp or your dnp is not ok, or your diet is realy weird although i think with wrong diet on 400mg dnp you still loose a kg a week if you do your cardio right.

with regards to alcohol; if your dnp is ok, and you take 400mg a day, and you take powder then i think you should be off for about 3-4 days. with crystals you could manage to be off 2 days. maybe 1 even. just my opinion.

remember; alcohol increases body temp. if people die on dnp its because there bodytemp gets to high. dnp = bodytemp up, alcohol = bodytemp extra up. but i think your dnp is or not real or underdosed if you still are able to sleep without waking up every 3 hours covered with sweat and totally wet pillow and bed.
 
I would stop using the DNP regardless of your Xmas plans since its clearly been contaminated with something else if hair loss is a side effect (never reported in the literature).

DNP has no androgenic activity and has never been reported to have any effect on the hair line whatsoever.

Why take DNP to lose weight and then turn right around and drink alcohol? Doesn't make sense to me. It's like smoking meth to lose weight then going on a McDonald's only diet.

Come on, some red wine won't kill you. The glycemic index is really low (diabetics can drink it) and only about 300 calories in half a bottle. 150 calories if you share with your SO over two evenings. No biggie.

Sure, 6 high alcohol craft beers is a different story.

I don't know any dudes that drink wine so I was assuming the latter.

Ha ha, you need to upgrade your network of friends. Red wine and gin is all I drink.

Craft beers or a stout, a couple times per quarter maybe, sometimes 3 months pass with not a single beer.

Beers are carb demons - vade retro! I swore those off years ago.

That's why I switched to Michelob Ultra but I hardly drink that often anymore. I do love a good margarita with some tacos though.

Here's a food theory of mine, it's *really* sophisticated... Take a look at the people in the countries where the dish originated - pasta for example, and note how chunky Italians get past 25-ish. Bad shit. Mexican food, and Mexicans, say no more.

Look at Asian food - especially Thai and Vietnamese - they are pretty slim much longer, even despite all the rice they eat.

Simplistic approach but to some degree it works. Gotta control those f-ing carbs.

I hear ya brother. Mexico actually passed the US in obesity percentage. We're finally not the fattest country although we only fell to #2 lol
 
I have crystals. I weigh 203 lbs as of today. I do have some crazy back pumps that v8 won't help with so I take potassium and taurine. Long car rides are horrible. I figured it was winter here thats why I was not sweating as much as some other people. If I sleep with the fan off then I will sweat pretty good and its cold as hell right now. I am always warm even when its 30 degrees outside I can walk around shirtless and not get to cold. I just don't sweat like a friend of mine who got it from the same source. He was miserable and sweating, but it was summer.

I know dnp doesn't cause hairloss directly, but once it suppress the thyroid thats what causes hairloss from what I read.

I'm married to a Central American woman, and they eat a super-high carb diet (rice and beans with every meal, tons of corn, lots of fruit etc.) and they tend to be quite thin. They don't tend to eat a whole lot of fat, though.

I think a lot of it comes down to what your body is genetically predisposed to eat. The typical North American diet isn't good for anyone because it's high in fat, carbs and salt. It's the same with Indian people's diets -- that's why they tend to be skinny-fats.

Naw, Nicaragua. Most of the countries that are on that graph are in South America. Central America is a bit different. Their obesity problem is getting worse, I suspect, due to the growing economy and people being more able to afford prepackaged junk food.

True, about the junk food. Can't be as bad as the PI, when I was there last time, I went into a large supermarket, and there was pretty much nothing other than crap processed carbs there, aisle after aisle. Shitloads of mayonnaise too. Depressing. I had to resort to buying peanuts to get some kind of healthy in-between snack.
