The average single worker from Belgium and Germany is taking home half of their gross wage after taxes according to this chart. Is this for real ?
yeah but they get to wait in line for 24 months for free surgery

Yes but with this taxe for exemple in France you have no fee if you go to hospital... At 62 Yo you can stop working and touch your money all month

Germany and many other countries have a "Church Tax"

In Germany, churches can collect taxes from their members. This is called the church tax (Kirchensteuer).

The church tax is 8% of your income tax in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, and 9% in the rest of Germany1. If you earn 50 000€ a year in Berlin, you would pay around 800€ in church tax1. You can use this calculator to know how much church tax you should pay.

These religious communities collect a church tax1, 2:

  • The Evangelical Church (Evangelische Kirche)
  • The Roman Catholic Church (Römisch-katholische Kirche)
  • The Jewish Community (Jüdische Gemeinde)
  • The Old Catholic Church (Altkatholische Kirche)
  • Various Free Religious communities (Freireligiöse Gemeinden)
If you are not a member of a church that collects church tax, you do not have to pay the church tax1. If you are, the only way to stop paying the church tax is to leave the church. You declare your religion during your Anmeldung. If you were baptized in your home country, the church can tax you https://global.handelsblatt.com/politics/expats-beware-germany-church-tax-922429..

Yes, this is a good financial presentation. Apparently the church is doing well in Germany. Always said religion and faith are two different things. One was created by man for his own mercantile purposes, the other is spirituality and purity.

This is a really interesting article. The reason Chile's labor tax burden is so low is that single workers with no children pay 0% individual income tax.

Also interesting is that most Western European countries have a lower individual income tax rate than the United States for single workers with no children. However, the labor tax burden is far higher because of the much higher payroll taxes and consumption taxes.

Of course, wealthy people pay much higher individual income tax in Europe than the U.S.

So the employer payroll taxes are only paid by the employer is that right ?
I'm assuming there must be some other local taxes which wasn't included in some of the tax wedges because the average swede pays 30% of their income in direct taxes unlike what's listed on the chart for Sweden.

Get on welfare, no tax on food. Many food items Walmart will deliver for free. You are immune from lawsuits. Best asset protection you can get. Free health care, free housing!

If you are female, get knocked up by as many guys as you can who make a lot $. Child support is tax free, and the only limit how many kids you can have in a lifetime!

Then you can always go to the Dr, get some pain pills and sell them on the Side for a few extra $. And you can always work a side job if you are bored for cash.

HONOLULU — In Hawaii, it pays not to work.
A new report by Cato Institute, which examines the state-by-state value of welfare for a mother of two, http://object.cato.org/sites/cato.org/files/pubs/pdf/theworkversus.pdf (said benefits in Hawaii average $49,175 — tops in the nation.)

The US welfare system isn't generous and won't get you outta poverty but you can live like a middle class while on welfare in west europe, Scandinavia and Australia. All those migrants who flooded into Europe since the lybian civil war are getting easy welfare money and free housing while the natives gotta head to work every day to pay their taxes. Also, you can easily claim disability in Europe and Australia by faking a chronic back pain or whatever. Socialism is certainly heaven for lazy people.

Social security is a very tasty morsel for newcomers to receive various benefits and not work. Which is not very fair towards the indigenous people IMHO

This country should be ashamed. Unfortunately it's too fucking ignorant in so many ways to realize that.

In the wealthiest country on the planet we have old people eating cat food and people living under bridges? It sickens me.

That's all straight to the point. I ponder this topic for a long time and it is really sulky and very bad. The rich one is strange, and there are so many people, old people outside the boundaries of living. Forced to live in boxes and starve. As they say, the development of society can be said for two things, how they relate to the elderly and children

Ashamed of what? I've worked my ass of at times, for 20 hours a day, 18 average for years, 365 days a year. I've written quarterly tax checks for $35,000.
It's fucking theft. Tell me how anyone is entitled to my money? I have no compassion for thieves, those who take the fruits of my labor.

We also have welfare scum spending their extra food stamp $ on hamburger and steak to feed their pets.

Since they are stealing $ from me to support them, I would have no problem if we practiced eugenics on the dregs of society.

Fact of the matter is, when you artificially support the inferior, all you are doing is allowing them to breed more inferior people. Same with our health, modern medicine has allowed many of us to survive that without modern medicine we would die. Well, that is also allowing inferior physical genetic traits to be passed on. Mental ones and physical ones.

Your compassion blinds you. Would you rather Euthanize 1 inferior human, so she doesn't reproduce? Or let her live, so she can breed, and in 5 generations, that could be a total of 250 rejects she created.

So is it not better to euthanize and sterilize the dregs of society, to stop future suffering of the inferior?

With your view, it's like running a no kill animal shelter, all these dregs who can't even take care of themselves, and letting them breed while you take care of them (with my tax $). Eventually there is no room, and not enough productive people to provide for the dregs.

Thank God for Mother Nature, she tells no lies, and eliminates the weak eventually.
