Btw @Axle Labs quick question is this the rubber stopper why is it uneven? I’m not used to ugl (used to pharma so usually everything is totally symmetrical) so sorry for the dumb question but this black part under the neck of the vial is that still the stopper or what? The stuff is good as far as ik I’m just wondering why it’s uneven just hope it won’t bust open when I jab it ahah View attachment 275421

It’s not a big deal, the stopper is just squished slightly. The vial is fully sealed. Nothing will happen when you pierce it.

Word I was just curious as it just seemed uneven (n 2/3 of em were like that so it’s probably just an aesthetic thing I’m guessing) but as long as it’s all sealed should be good, will let y’all know how it is my next pin n should be ordering again real soon cos I can vouch for the dbol already n the CS n ETA were fkin top notch so as long as y’all be doin stuff properly you got yourselves a new customer

Right, I mean used. I was just ruling out outside contamination, but no worries. Shoot us an email. We will reship or refund (whichever you prefer). It looks like a filter thread which can happen with too high psi. Our filter material is high quality so it’s surprising but likely the filter was towards the end of its life. We’ll inspect further and refresh filters more often.

Any customer that has had an issue and addressed it with us has been taken care of. We’ve “inspected further” on any issue thus far.
As I said before, all of our customers are happy.
