Only 3 iu a day. So 1.5 when I get out of the shower in the morning and again as I get towards the end of my workout around 9 pm. I don’t go to bed till 11.What are you pinning, dose?
What’s the main difference you noticed being on t4? I am taking 100mcg fasted with my gh shot in the am. How long did take the t4? Thanks MM

But I stay leaner while on T4 on hgh

That is 1 set 150 reps

First time trying these so figuring out weight and if I need to move up. I will start at 70lb next time and work to 110lb
Donkey calf raises
120lb x 20 x 6 sets last set was till failure didn’t keep count
Seated ham curls
70x30 warm up
125 x12x5 sets last two sets till failure
Standing leg curls
30lb each leg x 35 x 4 sets last set till failure
Nautilus leg press but used for calves
The whole stack x 13 reps 3 sets 8 reps x 2 sets
Now home to eat 12oz of lean skillet beef 2 cups of rice and 2 cups of greens
