Looking great. I was pinning gh once a day, was recommended to do twice a day, but was lazy, but after seeing your results I’m splitting for sure.

Split dose is the way to go IMO keeps levels elevated as seen on my test.

What’s the main difference you noticed being on t4? I am taking 100mcg fasted with my gh shot in the am. How long did take the t4? Thanks MM

3 rd set got 8 on 112.5 and 125

4th set got 6 on 125

5th set lowered the weight on click on each time to work on focus on squeezing lats

E-Z curl bar straight arm pull downs
Started at 60 up to 110 for 10 reps and moved up in 10 lb increments did 3 sets u till I was told to stop and do something different

So switched to rope pulldowns bending at the waist pull down to thigh while at the same time arching the back. Did about 15 reps then immediately while standing close pullbacks and hold for 5 sec on each rep did 15 of those for one set

Did 5 sets started at 70lb and moved up 10 lb each set.

Did some resistant bicep work about 4 sets of 15 seated.

My shoulders were still sore so called it a day and prob just hitting calves tomorrow let the body rest.

30lb each leg x 35 x 4 sets last set till failure

Now home to eat 12oz of lean skillet beef 2 cups of rice and 2 cups of greens

Went today to see what I have on deadlifts.

Well worked up to 455 for a good rep but looking at my videos seems I need to activate my hips sooner to keep the 45 degree angle.

Also did some reverse hypers with only 20lb doing it to Streach the lower back. Plus my glutes are sore from the other day doing them.

I’m shooting for 495 next Thursday will work lightweight on form and when to activate my hips and work on stance and hand placement as well.

Breakfast before I went today was 3 kodiak waffles and sugar free maple syrup.
 
Today was a light day just wanted to go in and stretch the shoulders a bit. Did some light weight delt raises and light weight shrugs holding the weight on bottom for 10sec a rep. Also stretched the calves out too. Tommorow thinking about back or chest not sure yet.

Felt good 60 degrees outside and bay doors open at the gym!
