basicstero floaters!

Could it be possible that its from me drawing? Maybe fragments from the alcohol swab on the rubber stopper? Just thinking of all possibilities.
I say this because as you see I've been pinning it and I've had no issues
Yep. Has happened to me. After swabbing your stopper, let it dry completely and see what is left on it. You would be surprised, you can find non cotton alcohol pads and that helps. If it were a whole vial, I'd say filter it with a whatman syringe filter. But I would bet money you pushed some cotton strands through the stopper.

Look's like a piece of Alcohol swab to me.I would inspect everything else and if no other floater's are found.I wouldn't stress on it.

I've threw away several vial's for floater's it does happen.I've learned to inspect before I pop the cap so I can send pic's for replacement. It's bad when you receive replacements' with more floater's.

Yes

Edit : best picture I was able to get but you can absolutely see the floaters in there
picture is indeed to blurry, i can not understand anything. how have you heated it? we already had one guy who had a worm in his vial... this worm disappeared after i told to put vial into microwave oven.
crystallization of active agent can have sometimes strange forms. put it into a microwave oven for 30 sec. take it out. if it did not dossolve repeat the procedure 2-3 times. microwave oven helps even if hot whater and other things do not work.
also we can`t really be responsible for things which appear in your syringe... if there are such things they are seen immidiately at unopen vial. haven`t you you noticed it before? on hoto vial looks almost empty.

looks like lint of somesort. Use a needle filter to draw, but be careful because needle filters are 18g and can/may destroy the rubber stopper.

All I can say to my Meso friends is check your gear before you crack the seal or it's going to be your word against the lab rep. Some of you have probably gotten very lucky not inspecting your gear first before injecting.

Frank's English either got considerably worse over the last couple of weeks or he is away on assignment or vacation based on the at Pharmacom Labs posts.

maybe microwave means something different in Franks post but putting a vial in the microwave would be a bad idea..

I have had this problem before and I was using pharma grade (Norma Deca); it was from the cotton swab. I held the syringe upside down to get the string to the needle side of the syringe and pushed it out.. I still didn't use that 1cc though.

Maybe someone can correct me but I have been told when wiping the top of a vial the alcohol is not on it long enough to really "sanitize" the top..

sorry, i did not want to disappoint you. :)
@Pharmacom Labs @Pharmacom Helper Same issue - NPP. Is it safe to place vial in microwave oven with metal topper? I'm not home to take a pic at the moment.
this is exactly what i meant. microwave oven. its a normal idea. it works and i personally and lots of people did it hundreds of times. that topper is some sort of aluminium. absolutely nothing happens. there will be even no sparks. just set power not higher as 600W. even 300 would be enough, takes longer probably. microwave oven always helps.

There's a good chance it was there from u pinning it.

Once u pop the top it's all on u. If u have a sealed vial and floaters then by all means bring it up.

Yeah I'll take the shot on this one I feel as if my window of proving myself has passed.
Moral of the story is check your gear, sealed or not.

How can I avoid this from happening again?
Not swab the top?

I just got my order today and two of the vials have lots of floaters that look just like what the OP explained and to a pic of. The other two vials are completely cloudy and look more like vials of sperm than gear. Is this normal? I am not 100% sold on the microwave idea. @Dr JIM - Would you suggest nuking the vials as Frank suggested?

I rather not post pics on the open thread, so if you want pics Frank, please let me know.

Bullshit! Post the fucking pic. Vials unopened and clear picture. It's 90% crystallisation.
If it's not we will find out what is it :)

1The other two vials are completely cloudy.

2) Is this normal?

3) I am not 100% sold on the microwave idea.Would you suggest nuking the vials as Frank suggested?

4)I rather not post pics on the open thread, so if you want pics Frank, please let me know.

1) Post a pic so we KNOW what you're referring to

2) I wouldn't say it's necessarily "normal" but it's occurrence is more a reflection of the products concentration and ambient temperature. In addition the presence of a precipitate should not effect the quality per say

3) Many folk have MW their gear (including wa) and it does not appear to effect the quality, especially compared to the alternative, such as injecting the contents wo dissolving the precipitate, which I suspect would lower the concentration to varying degrees.

Use 15-20 second intervals, swirl the vial contents thereafter for several seconds then repeat until the solute is FULLY dissolved .

HOWEVER, DO NOT "SET IT AND FORGET IT" using longer than say 30 sec intervals as the oil can boil which most certainly could effect the product quality, crack or rupture the vial itself.

4) This is MESO fella where, unlike many other PED forums, full disclosure is overtly encouraged!
