I had 4 vials off pharmas NPP and all were crashed. It's quite common with NPP.
I heated the vials on my coffee hot plate for a bit and all came out crystal clear.

I honestly don't think anyone is doubting you, I know I'm not personally. My questions were aimed at getting to the bottom of this issue not to question your integrity as from what I've seen of you, you're a good guy.
We really don't know what it is so we can't be sure it's from swabbing to stopper or not. While possible it could be some fibers from an alcohol wipe, I find it highly unlikely that this is the case.
What's your process when you wipe the stopper with the alcohol wipe? Do you rub it over and over the top? Use a lot of pressure? When I used to swab to the top, I would only do one wipe/pass over the top with very little pressure bc the aluminum cap would catch some fibers. I never had any fibers make it into the vial but I currently don't wipe the top now either.
It's probably in your best interest to either throw the vial away if there's any doubt or simply filter it with a 0.22um syringe filter but is it worth it to you considering how much oil is left in the vial?
Edit* I also feel like you should be commended for taking the heat on this one even though it might not be your fault at all. It shows character and that's lacking in many people nowadays.

Luckily for me my hamster has reserves of pharmacom test300 that were inspected today prior to popping the cap and everything checked out good
I will monitor the vial throughout the cycle to see if any debris appear

Same thing happened to 2 of my pharma npp? Baked at 220 for 30 minutes and stayed clear. Never used npp before so wasn't sure if it was common for npp. On a separate note what results did you get from it and dosage. I've noticed more of a reshaping of my body then mass gains and I'm on 600/wk. Not much in way of weight gain but o.k. with avoiding water gain.
I recommend heating that up. Either in the oven or boil some water so the water reaches just below the crimp.
Yours looks crashed to me but I could be wrong
