About a year ago I put myself in the fat, sick, and nearly dead category. I had numerous digestive problems and general health was crap. I am 43yo, 5'11", and a year ago was 237lbs of slob. Now with a lot of help from Meso, some hard work and dedication, I am getting back to the me of ten years ago. That's nice, but I want more then that. I am now striving to far surpass my best performance levels ever. I will post pictures of my progress and hopefully can encourage others to do the same. It's never too late to be the man you always wanted to be. Here goes.

Current diet is very boring, but seems effective for me.
Meal 1- quart of whole milk, honey and oat granola bar, and a fiber supplement
Meals 2 through 4- 6oz of baked skinless boneless chicken breast, 2oz sweat potatoe, and on meal three 1/2 cup of broccoli, one mozzarella cheese stick or one activia yogurt.
Meal 5 varies day to day, but usually try to stay with 6oz of lean meat and minimal carbs.
Meal 6 is post workout. I usually go for a few extra carbs with fruit and again 6oz of lean meat.

Lately have started to add a tablespoon of coconut oil to each meal for some healthy fat. I can feel the Tren burning off extra calories, so I don't think the fat will hurt my cut.

My cycle looks like this.
100mg Tren ace
200mg EQ
50mg NPP
50mg test prop
150mg test e
All in same pin eod
Will eventually take test p out and raise Tren

Great work so far brother! Keep it on!

I would even increase the healthy fats more and cut instead the carbs a bit.
 
Three eggs, four slices of bacon, two slices of scrapple, and glass of milk for breakfast today. I'm lazy in the mornings during the week, so I don't take the time to cook. Weekends I eat eggs in the mornings.

Man, you are NOT lazy look how much you changed. Boil 6 each night takes 9mins, throw them in the frig, breakfast is served. Or boil them while you are getting ready in the morning. Imo cutting or bulking you have to eat eggs.

Btw whats scrapple?
 
I'll give the eggs a shot. I dunno if my stomach will handle six, long story. Scrapple is a northeastern US thing. It's disgusting sounding, but taste great. It's a bunch of pork scraps after butchering hog. They get boiled down and ad corn meal. It gets all boiled, seasoned, and formed in to bricks. When you get it you just slice it, brown it, and enjoy. It's much tastier then it sounds.
 
I'll have to hit cardio extra hard tomorrow. About to have friends over for steamed shrimp, crawfish, and fried gator tail. Gotta live a little some days ;)

Must be going to watch Indy 500. Sounds like you are going to feed them good.
 
Yesterday's festivities took their toll. Over eating, high sodium, and too much alcohol bumped my weight up 7pbs this morning. Running some errands, then to gym to get back on track. Today started with 3 eggs, four slices of bacon, two slices of scrapple again. Rest of day will be my standard meals. Plan to work arms and back today. With gym being closed tomorrow, may do some leg work today if I have the stamina for it with this hangover.
 
Good to c ya here trukker. Not the in depth log yours is, but figured I would throw some motivation out there to the older crowd like myself
 
Hangover kicked my ass today. At least I got some gym time in, but it wasn't a real productive trip. Will be Tuesday when I get back on track with work out. This is first hangover I've had in a while, and first on ever on Tren. Man the heat sucks when hungover on tren
