Ben’s random thoughts

Quick hGH update
The .5iu late morning/1iu bedtime - both IM is definitely the way to go for me. Feel better already.
Hgh is a tricky sob

You are so smart and self aware about this.
I have read people here going all in with doses and sticking with it no matter the sides, because they think they will resolve, even when it becomes apparent they will not.
The more the better for many, it seems.
But I am following your approach and ideas, because I like the pragmatism, thoughtfulness and health perspective, rather than being driven by ego or group think.
Brownie points, deffo.

On an unrelated note, could I please ask who you guys think is a good telehealth provider in the States, for general medical advice?
I am sure there are many one can approach.
Surely, though, some are better than others, as is the case with everything.
Thanks.

A worse problem is that my mom is 181cm (5.11) and has long hands and when she hit hurts looooool
Once when i was 8/10 she tied me to the chair because i dont wanted to do homework lol

Yes, to me seem a smart way to have improvements and not damaging healt (probably its even better than pushing random high doses)

Its that bad in usa??? Here fast food ecc is getting more popular but most adults dont eat it, probably because we have cheap tasty food and foreigners thinks that its only pasta and pizza but there are a lot more things and pizza, pizza is traditional in naples in northern regions wasnt common until 50s
If u want in pm i can tell you some typical food from where i live but good luck to find some ingredients,
That's the thing - cooking is a dying art at least where I live. So actually using real ingredients is a foreign concept to many.

Then the major chain grocery stores have produce and meat that is rotting despite the copious preservatives used to prolong their "shelf-life."

I am not entirely blaming the stores. A lot of us are also too lazy to cook with actual ingredients (I speak in general terms.... NOT this board specifically).

I struggle to read the "what are you eating" thread on here because I am envious of the glorious dishes some of you fuckers put together!!

Maybe I just need to focus on actually worrying about my own kitchen, rather than lamenting the food in the USA (but having been to Canada, Germany, Mexico, Italy...), the "food" is definitely very processed and preserved for convenience.

Does it not depend on where one comes from, in the States?
Like, all health food trends seem to come out of California.
Maybe there are places that fare better/worse than others?

But you cant go to local farmers/butchers to buy meat? it could be a bit more expensive but i dont think there is a huge difference
Here in italy there are strict laws about food and the quality in super markets is really good in most of them the only not so great quality food is from discounts and for me the best supermarket is esselunga

Are you from there or are you there just for your training?

Thank you dear. I honestly don’t know how many of these fellas take such high doses. 3ius and omw to the hospital lol obviously higher doses are good for bodybuilding but I dont see how they’d help In skilled sports. I could see a potential benefit for athletes post surgery

You have to fill me in Iris. Are you into sports, lifting, general fitness etc?
