I respect that response, kudos for acknowledging. I personally would eliminate items that only a very minimal amount are purchased a month. I think you may be losing some decent customers trying to accommodate your once a month / 1 item customers.

If it is marked as completed and the tracking shows 2.10 then it was shipped on that date. Just wait for the package to arrive.
