jus reporting back on BG Ozempic… definitely quality stuff. i took about 0.3mg for my first dose and i can only eat about half of what i normally do and hardly have felt hungry. some very mild nausea but nothing that isn’t manageable

Pin it IM but ive tried IV l-carnitine cant say i noticed a difference.
Just do the basic loading phase of 2 weeks higher dose then split that dose and run it as long as you want.
1-2iu of humalog with the carnitine or if you dont wanna use insulin get good amount of fast carbs with injections.

You can check Chase Irons on youtube he has videos of inj l-carnitine but i would do 600-1000mg for first 2 weeks then split the dose so 300-500mg. Its a good add on but its nothing crazy. You can do higher doses but if ur not brewing yourself its gonna get pricey.

I'm going to be running lantus alongside 3-4 IU of GH and the L-Carnitine. I'm not sure what my lantus dose will be just yet but I prefer longer acting insulin rather than a short acting. Less chance of things getting sketchy if you know what I mean.

ye i have no problem with lantus its just you need a insulin spike to push carnitine to the right place so you can either use very low dose of humalog 1-2iu should do it or fast carbs lets say something +30g that will give enough spike to put the carnitine in use.

I love your store 10/10 but if I had known the location had changed to NL i wouldnt had ordered due to it being notorious for high risk check ups. My current package is now being checked by customs for the first time (doesnt mean its lost) and even if i get it i wont feel safe ordering pharma from you again. Why change location when the last one was perfect?

For your country the deliveries are from the old country from 2-3 days already but from 6 orders sent from NL 2 are delivered successfully and the other 4 are flying to there so it is good. No, it says cleared by customs which can be done remotely, some of the express packages I sent say something like this way before the package has landed in the country of destination.
