If you're cutting and really at 20% BF that anavar isn't doing much for you but ruining your lipids. I get it. I made the same mistake when I first cut but got off it in a week or so. I'd dump the primo, drop test to 300 or so and see if you can recover. Add everything back in when your below 10-12%. You're putting a lot of stress on your body without a lot of benefit for it right now. 300 test, dialed in macros and bust your ass in the gym to keep muscle. Add in fasted cardio with GH and you'll drop steadily.

I cut from around 30% to 8%. Played with too much stuff thinking it was a short cut. I learned 250 test was all I needed along with a good plan and consistent hard work. Tirz to help with appetite control is also huge.

In the end, until you get below 10% or so all the focus should be on shredding fat. 99% of that is diet. Keep your test high enough to retain muscle, 250-300mg week is plenty. GH and 45 minutes zone 2 cardio at least 4 days a week, and kill it in the gym with what little energy you'll have to keep your body sending signals not to go catabolic.

Macros and food timing matter more than injecting everything you have on hand right now.

i like it... let me get after it

That's awesome man but you'd be surprised how little that var is doing for you right now. It gets pretty shitty when you go flat in a hard cut and it makes you want to add stuff in to compensate but keep macros tight and carbs around lifting. When you lean out and carb back up it's amazing. Then add back in the var. You blow back up in a week and look 10x better.

Dude I'll throw out one more thing. My wife was cutting with me with similar macros scaled for her size and similar routine. 6 days a week lifting, 4 days fasted cardio, tirz and gh. Obviously no anabolics and she just hit 14% BF. She's so low she just shut her hormones down and is trying to fill back out some. Really shows how it's almost all diet and work. Just enough test to spare muscle is all you need.

I'm not an expert. That's just my experience.
