Blood Pressure

Been off gear for 3-4 weeks now and feeling pretty good aside from not sleeping so great, but that will remedy itself soon enough. My odd heart palpitations/skipping has pretty much gone away so I'm thinking it was the masteron that was to blame.

Bp this morning was 115/72, but my machine gives higher numbers so more like 110/70.

Hr was 62. I'm going to stay off gear for the next 6 months and then see how I feel. Going for bloodwork on Monday, but don't expect anything except normal numbers.

120/74

See post #305. Maybe this is a trend.

Apparently there is a real difference on the cardiac system in cruising at 500, 250, and 150 mg of testosterone a week.

You recover ok, enough to keep wife happy and all? I have to TRT or it would probably mean a divorce.

No wife and currently more concerned about cardiac health and not so much about sex drive.

I thought you noticed a big difference dropping from 200 to 150? I think this is dependent on individual user cause my bp stays pretty normal even when on 500 test/week and nothing else. I'm pretty sure body weight plays a big part in bp as well. What you sitting at now brother?

I don't understand. Your blood pressure stays normal no matter the level of test but you are stopping for cardiac health? What is the issue? LVH is caused by high blood pressure. What issue are you trying to avoid?

Are you aware that low testosterone (really low, not 550) can cause health issues?

I've been experiencing really pronounced palpitations/skipping of beats, but I think it was from masteron. Either way I'm staying off gear for a while. I'll be back on hrt by end of summer most likely.

I was for a time, but haven't used in months.

Stopped test/mast 3.5 weeks ago and skipping heart beats have pretty much gone away.
Have you had your thyroid looked at , and your cortisol? As well as your iron and ferrtin. As well as magnesium.

These things above can cause heart palps, and those annoying papls when your trying to sleep that are in your head.

If you have fresh labs or ones from this year i have no prob giving you a second eye on them.

I've had numerous bloods done the past 6 months and everything came back normal as did all my testing. I got 12 mets on my stress test and ekg, echocardiogram, xrays, halter all show a healthy athletic heart. I haven't had masteron in over 3 weeks and I'm feeling way better now so I dunno lol. I'm an ex smoker/drinker so that alone could be a major factor, but 2 gp's a cardiologist and several er docs all tell me I'm perfectly healthy so again I dunno man?

Would you mind sometime in the next few days pm me your blood work.and when i get an opportunity ill look over them.

Lots of people say there bloods are normal, because they may not be looking in the right direction, or there doctor says its normal.

Im not saying anyones wrong, im just offering to have a look for you.

Stopping mast, and feeling better, may only have something to do with the way the compound was effecting a certain weak hormone in the body. That was low from using aas or sometimes just trt.

Just offering a second eye on your current and past few months blood work is all. Im only pursuing as i no what heart palps feel like, and when your blood monitor gives you the constant a fib mark it feels like your dying lol.

Does not hurt to have another eye.

I look at alot of blood work, sometimes i get lucky and spot an issue.

110/72, 62 bpm today and that's on my home machine so it's a few points lower than the reading :)

Been off everything now 5 weeks give or take and I'm feeling a LOT better. Heart palpitations are few and far between and aside from being weak as fuck and deflated I'm feeling alright.

Picking up my recent bloodwork tomorrow and will post results and next month I'm doing more bloodwork to check test levels and if they are in the shitter I'll most likely hop on a trt dose, but will decide later after bloodwork.

Thanks.

Guys do you take your BP meds in the morning or before bed? Read few studies where it is suggested to take it before bed. I have been taking it first thing in the morning since I started it.

Before bed. I did saw a vid with John Meadows explaining it, but it was about baby aspirin. He and his doctor were recommending to take baby aspirin before bed because cloths have an higher chance to 'happen' during the night.

Same for BP medication, risk of stroke during night is higher and then it's something about making the dip happen yadayada

It might help to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events, granted that adherence doesn't suffer from it. There's some conflicting data on this in the literature, I mistakenly assumed the consensus was to take it pre-bed when writing my book too.
