Blood Pressure

It might help to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events, granted that adherence doesn't suffer from it. There's some conflicting data on this in the literature, I mistakenly assumed the consensus was to take it pre-bed when writing my book too.
Ummm if taking it pre bed doesn't impact badly my BP control during the day. I'm all for taking it pre bed.

Any idea if telmisartan give erection problem?

It can, but it's a relatively rare side effect (<1%).

I honestly wouldn't worry about it at your age, these data come from studies with subjects quite a lot older than you.

Drop salt too and keep up with cardio bro. Also go see a doc and get your bp checked with proper tools cause these home machines can vary quite a bit ESPECIALLY if the cuff is too small for your arm!

Same goes for an in-office measurement where the cuff size can be too small. It's always important to have a cuff that's the proper size. Home measurements are better at predicting cardiovascular events than in-office measurements and they're endorsed by all major hypertension/cardiology organizations, including the European Society of Hypertension and the American Heart Assocation.

Soon a new article will be up on meso-rx in which I discuss how to properly do home measurements.

All those numbers are beautiful brother!

So you're completely off the sauce? No cruising? Would you care to walk me through your choice of coming off versus cruising?

Completely off yes. I'm staying off for a while as I want to check my natty test after 8 weeks off and because I'm still trying to figure out what's making my heart act wonky. The concensus is that I have hypothyroidism so I'm waiting on blood work and will most likely need to go see another doctor for more blood work as my doctor is fed up with me as all my tests come back very good showing zero heart issues, but my last test showed TSH being 4.19 so if my TSH is still high and my free t4 comes back low then it's for sure a thyroid issue and t4/t3 will get me back to feeling normal.

What's with everyone having thyroid issues these days? My TSH came in at 8.4. it's hereditary, my family has wonky thyroids.

Finding your natural test would be a good thing to know though!

8.4 is crazy high wow! Do you take any meds for this? What kind of physical symptoms do you have with tsh being so high?

This means you have an underactive thyroid correct?

That's correct. My thyroid is very very underactive. I only got this confirmation recently from my previous blood test. I'm not currently on medication for it because my doc and I agreed to pull more bloods in a few weeks to confirm it is in fact a bad thyroid. It most likely is, as a family member who was diagnosed with hypothyroidism had TSH values of 8.36. Apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

The physical symptoms I have are essentially chronic fatigue and difficulty in shedding body fat. I can bulk on 2k cals per day lol.

116/75, 79 bpm

After spending several days last week with systolic up in the 140s, probably due to external stressors, I am happy to see it down again, even if briefly.

As a reminder, though, this is blood pressure suppressed on telmisartan, not natty, 100mg cruise, 2 iu hgh
