Blood Pressure

This was my round about my average reading last night. My blood pressure never really moves one way or the other. I know this isn't all encompassing indicator of heart health but it is a good sign none the less.

5'10 205lbs
600mg per week test cyp
400mg per week NPP

Bp at doctor I seen today was 109/74, 63 bpm.

Not bad for an ex smoker/ex drinker/steroid user for over 20 years who's also tall.
Same here. I smoked for 26 years. Intravenous heroin and cocaine addict for 10+ years, alcoholic all the while for 20 years, and now TRT and steroid blasts for the past 10.

How's your heart brother? Any issues with skipped beats/fluttering? You sober now?

In my experience these OMRON units read systolic a lot higher than what the actual number is. Last walk in doc I see used her OMRON on me and it read 128/86 and then I got her to do it the proper way and my reading was 112/72 and when I got home my machine read 115/69.

Oh well, if I will ever have a chance I'll try a different one :)

Then do not get that panel. What items are you wanting to test? I normally pay less than a hundred bucks and less than 200 if I am doing IGF-1, too.

I'd be in there today for that price :)

I'd ideally like to check test total + free/bound, est, prog, CBC and probably liver and kidney values. We used to get that and more every few months when I was being monitored by a doc.

I guess minimum I'd want total test, est, and CBC.

I quit Heroin in 2004. Quit drinking in January of 2012. Quit smoking in early 2018.

My health markers come back on point but I'd did have a prostate issue last year that kinda just worked itself out somehow and my most recent checkup my Dr told me my prostate was complete back to normal size and they don't know why it enlarged in the first place.

The machines they have at drug stores seem to be pretty accurate from my experience with them so perhaps give them a try. I was just telling you to give you a heads up is all brother :)

I quit booze/smoking at the same time almost a year ago. Looking back I should have quit booze first then smoking a few months later as the withdrawal from both at the same time really blew ass and I think I got a heart flutter as a result. Ecg/Ekg/stress test/chest xray/blood work/halter all came back really good so looks like I'm living with skipped beats/fluttering daily now :(

When you say quit smoking you mean the sticky greens or the rock?

Never was a big weed smoker and crack was just to shitty feeling after the first couple hits. I'm taking about tobacco them Newports and Cowboy killers

I got stress in my life right now and I'm seriously thinking of puffing again lol. Sure I'll die sooner, but I won't be so fucking frustrated 24/7 because of stupid cunts in my life ;)

Nice avatar btw brother.

Don't listen to my opinion but I just want to say this, related to what you wrote. I would love to die at a point in my life where I was still able to take care of myself instead of being helped by my loved ones or whoever else. Or finish in a retirement home........ My grandma lasted not so many months in one of these and I had issues going to visit her since her emotional downfall there was heavy

I'd like to not die at all lol, but yah if I can't wipe my own ass or live without being in constant pain I'll walk myself into a forrest. On the other hand having a medical reason to be on opioids daily doesn't sound all that bad as far as retirements go ha ha ha. Just kidding.....mostly ;)
