Bloodwork during cruise, can anyone help?

These aren’t that comprehensive, but it was the best I could manage for now. Been running Test blend 333/Mast E 133/Primo 100, Tren A 80, Anavar 25-50 daily, gh 5iu daily, and some retatrutide. 6’2”, 220, 10% bf, just turned 50.

Seems like I have a scary amount of lab values that are not in range but I’m not too sure why, it seems I somehow have iron deficiency anemia too, which makes no sense considering my diet, no gi bleeding, etc.

Any help/hints/advice would be greatly appreciated!

Here are some more comprehensive numbers, just a little older but maybe some hints in there.

Before I give my input... have you been recently ill... fighting a cold or flu? Any infections? Skin redness?

I don't even know where to start with your labs and honestly i don't think i can help but some things are pretty skewed. Are you donating blood often?

I guess @Jin23 could help you interpret some of those values. If it was me i'd stop asap everything except a true dose TRT until you resolve some of those issues.

I have not, but the doctor agreed that it looked like my body was definitely fighting something. I got scopes to be sure I’m not bleeding internally or anything, which they also suspected. Apparently I’m a bit of a medical mystery at the moment,

I haven’t donated since 2022

I'm not sure what the mystery is, your iron is low, you are anemic, probably due to an inflammatory reaction to some of the gear you are running. The doc didn't run a single CRP test?? High wbc, low iron, low hemoglobin, it's clear you have high inflammation, crp would at least show you how high. In the future, always measure these when adding new compounds.

What to do? You need to find out which is the offending compound and cut it out. It can be anyone, although I'd wager on one of the oils and not the oral. Drop down to test only and reevaluate.

I just don’t understand how/why, and these docs can’t figure out shit yet either. I eat tons of steak and other iron containing foods, don’t have any gi bleeding, and been orally supplementing too, but levels still complete shit somehow. Feel fine, maybe a little fatigue but I think that’s just because I’m fucking 50 now. But according to my labs, I may as well be a little vegan girl, fighting off the bad aids. Odd.

I’ll check back in with some CRP numbers soon as possible.
