Brewly - Worldwide Marketplace

What is the current situation for PGP?

Is it optional for Vendors? Or must vendors have a pgp key?
It's optional. Though your shipping info can be deleted by you at anytime and is also deleted automatically after your order is marked as "Shipped" by vendor(s)

Cool man. Personally PGP is something I feel like vendors MUST have. I know the shipping info is automatically deleted when shipped, but having it as an option can make certain customers more relaxed when placing an order. Customers wouldn't have to use it but they can always have the option.

I really it depends on whether or not enough people would like it implemented.

I understand, and we can certainly push in this direction, but the AAS market is a little different than what DNMs mainly sell (as I'm sure you know). Basically no one uses PGP :(

Frankly if I had to guess, the amount of customers worrying about PGP is like 1% or less. But hey! We built it in anyway to support everyone's use case.

As long as a vendor has a PGP set, you can copy it easily during checkout and also in the messenger.

It's still early days at Brewly, so I can't quite force our vendors to do free shipping, lower prices, support PGP, or post on Meso. Really, the only ones with that kind of power is the consumer; vote with your wallets. But certainly, we will push for most of these things moving forward!

Yea still down for me. Have an outstanding order there with DO there so hoping I can check up on that sooner than later. Could be really useful and easy if done well but gotta say bit nervous with all the early issues and new systems in general.

Clear your cache. CTRL + SHIFT + R

:)

I understand the concern. Just know that this was a registrar related issue. Registrars are where you host your domain. A domain is basically an alias for your sites true address. In our case, "brewly". We've since moved to another registrar.

We've also taken further steps to protect against further attacks from trolls. We now have a backup server and DDOS mitigation service just in case.

Please contact DO by email or Brewly site messenger about your order if you have any concerns. Thank you!

I cleared my cache on two different computers and it’s still not working for me.

Try visiting on Tor or VPN, for now. 100% global DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours. I can confirm the site is up and we are having visitors.

Sorry for your delay, but rest assured, you'll be able to visit soon :)

EDIT: Make sure it's HTTPS

Code:

I believe I figured out why some of us are having problems connecting. You need to use https:// to access the site. When you just type the name of your site, it tries to reach the http:// version which doesn't seem to load. Maybe have the webmaster fix that if possible. But I can confirm it's working when used with https://

Ah, perhaps, we'll be looking into it. Should auto-redirect after a while anyway, but yeah we'll take a look.

EDIT: Fixing redirecting to HTTPS traffic right now.

Visit via HTTPS boys:

I just read through 10 pages. @Brewly good concept may, but not good for MESO. You (them) would be better off making your own domain, website whatever.
There's no way we would(could) get a fair shake at questions for sources with our problems or vetting new sources. Not fair to you for cluttering up your page and certainly not fair to the members here. Just my dos centavos. Bueno seuerte.

Sorry I am not following. We do have our own website.

My apologies I'm not a real computer savvy guy so I'll just put it in my country boy thoughts.
I don't think this is good for MESO. Take it elsewhere and I'm sure those who seek wil find you.
I understand, thank you for considering Brewly.

Auto-redirecting from HTTP to HTTPS is fixed. Thanks for the catch MadBret. It was setup, just not working for whatever reason.

Reported a vulnerability that falls directly under the scope a few days ago. Direct access to your customers addresses. Sadly my Bitcoin address is still empty.

Got some friendly mail from you, then you solved the issue, and finally you decided the best course of action would be to ghost me. Even if I was willing to compromise on 2500$.

Not posting from my real account as I'm a Colonial customer and I wouldn't like to be targeted or banned.

Hopefully Brewly or DragonOrdnance keep their word. As this post doesn't disclose any information regarding the specific vulnerability, and it has been solved already, I don't see it disqualifying me for the bounty itself.

Ooooh. This thread is going to be interesting today. Post up the email exchange at the very least.

I think I read a recent thread about colonial not being that great. May wanna look into that. There's no reason to hide your real account and when you contact sources they should never know your meso handle anyhow. Use a new one on them.

This is EXACTLY what I figured would happen. I have an easy way that would be considered enough to collect on the bounty and ruin them but know they will never pay up so why bother. Eventually they will be exposed.

Don't post the persons personal information but if you can somehow figure which meso members it is, do them so they can come in here and vouch for you.

I figured someone had breached whenever they started pulling the site down and making changes.

Do not settle for less either. We have your back.
