I'd seen all that but I'd rank the legitimacy of gear sent directly from a vendor to the tester even lower on the ladder of trust worthy than a anonymous user sending it in.
I agree completely. If more users (from any website) come back with poor testing, we'll ban him. I don't think it's right to completely ban someone from the platform over one dispute. And I don't want to set that precedent.
This doesn't mean a dispute doesn't matter. In fact, on Brewly we actually have the power to reimburse the customer and have that dispute negatively impact a vendor's visibility/performance on the platform.
