Anyone is free to submit a sourcing application on Brewly. We simply ask for current, time-stamped photos of stock, history, and brewing methods as proof of intent to sell real products. This small barrier of entry assumes a minimal safety level for our members, and is mandatory.
yes its jokeI really hope nobody is taking this thread seriously. It’s a total fucking joke at this point.
Sorry, sometimes we don't give tracking for specific items. Our raws for example are just pre printed pre label that we print for you to have a sense of tracking, but it never updates until we successfully reship it. I've lately just not been printing out those pre-labels.Yea. I won’t be ordering from them again. I’ve tried to get an answer regarding tracking info from both Brewly admin and Dragon himself, no one seems interested in answering. Odd too that before purchase, getting in touch with DO on Wickr was almost immediate, but after purchase on brewly, he hasn’t answered my Wickr in a couple days. Not thinking I’ve been scammed because DO is so well vetted on here (thx Meso) but wtf?
That’s totally fine. My question that I sent to you on brewly, Brewly admin themselves, and you on Wickr was not what the tracking number was. All I asked was whether or not a tracking number would be provided. That could have been answered simply by what you just said, that is all I was looking for. It doesn’t give me confidence that I was only answered once I posted here for everyone to see.Sorry, sometimes we don't give tracking for specific items. You seem to write an awful long response and say absolutely nothing...maybe you should go into politics, I’ve never seen someone use so many words just to ultimately make the statement “not my problem” deal with the vendor...JesusI responded to you, but I do apologize for not being up to date with DO's current protocol. As for why DO was not able to respond to you in timely fashion, that's on the vendor's end of things. As you can imagine, I have no control over that.
What I can do as a third party, however, is offer you a refund (in catastrophic circumstances) or, in most cases, transfer your order to another vendor at no extra cost. Though, I encourage you to be patient when dealing with an international raws order.
Seeing as DO has already marked your order as shipped, it seems to me he has already handed it off to his shipper, but until it reaches the reshipper in the US, tracking info would not be insightful, as he has clarified. Though, I agree; it would have been helpful if he had responded with greater haste.
If you're otherwise unsatisfied with your order when it does arrive, please let me know.
Thank you.

you are literally owned by the vendor in question. so i doubt there would be any repercussions for any "misconduct". again i am pointing out the fact that you are truly NOT an unbiased third party.ban vendors
That last message wasnt for you, brewly, as much as it was for anyone new that hasn't read back through this thread.
btw, your forum still blows. when are you moving this shitshow over to your own site? you know, the forum dedicated to site feedback that has zero activity.
Bro, forums are so 1990s. Brewly is the future. Just because Jog-Jog wasted DO’s money developing an impossible to navigate poorly developed site that nobody likes, doesn’t mean that it’s a failure. These things just take time bro. That last message wasnt for you, brewly, as much as it was for anyone new that hasn't read back through this thread.

You're welcome to detail the navigational issues you're having. I can't fix or improve things without feedback. We will be starting a redesign of the UI/UX of the site hopefully beginning next month.Bro, forums are so 1990s. Brewly is the future. This outdated forum still does a better job at accountability than you do.You're welcome to detail the navigational issues you're having. I can't fix or improve things without feedback. We will be starting a redesign of the UI/UX of the site hopefully beginning next month.
Main objective is to have a mobile responsive site. Right now it's usable on mobile, but far from ideal (it sucks).
There's no harm in having a forum, especially with regards to general AAS discussion. I do, however, think it's a very outdated format for trying to sell things.
Check back in a year and see where things are. Place your bets now.
I predict people will eventually get tired of sources having data leaks, faulty products, bad testing, etc without any accountability.
We have the opportunity here to enforce a default level of security, hold sources accountable, reimburse customers in catastrophic situations, etc.
This outdated forum still does a better job at accountability than you do.
And you cant guarantee any source doesnt store information.
