Leg day today... been 3 weeks since last one. Work has been in the way and this is my only before work training day. I do squats on a separate day so my legs don't go untouched, but it had been about 3-4 since I pulled.

That's it for deads today.. couldn't feel quite right in a pull today so I didn't want to go heavyweight

And that's it. Had to get on with the day... I'm tinkering with the pre powerlifting program and I will post it when ready.

View attachment 28273 There so a little easier to see id put you around 18 but you're a little hairy to tell lol. And it's hard to tell off of just upper body.

That chart doesnt always work for everyone . Some guys , especially older will hold more belly fat yet be lean everywhere else . Ive seen guys with 6-packs at 16% BF and Ive seen guys with no 6-pack at 10% BF . Really can be deceiving sometimes.

I'm glad you did pulls today (nice work too). Now I got some numbers to shoot for tomorrow. I don't know why but your guys log get me pumped up.

Your log carried me through the last few month along with other guys' logs. Seeing your squat video along with being introduced to the squat safety bar aka torture device has me rekindled to fire up my squat.

I have a few more things to figure out on my squat but last week went good keeping everything nice and tight. I'm going to keep working with 405 until I get that shit right. I find the hardest part is getting my feet set properly while keeping the rest of my body tight.
