Lol those circle rides get me everytime. No more spinning rides for me. Oh well, it was fun when I was a kid back 100yrs ago lol.Going in circles is bad. Nothing good can come from that. You pay way to much for amusement park food. I'm not going on a circle ride and loose it.
Even when I was a kid I could never do circles. I have always had dizzy naseau puke response from spinning. I can't even ride a fucking merry-go-round. I like coasters. You afraid you will fall thru the glass? Ya that bridge seems to be built with plate glassI have no problem with any type of ride and I actually enjoy them. What I do have a problem with is heights. I saw where they build a glass bridge that goes out halfway across the Grand Canyon. Ummm... Yeah fuck that shit I couldn't step foot on that thing.
Yes heights sometimes scare me too, especially if riding or walking on something flimsyYeah I used to climb power poles for a living and use to work off the 12th floor of power plants and that never scared me but there are definitely heights that scare me and I know that glass bridge would freak me out. I got family that lives close to the Colorado Royal Gorge. Well it's a 6000' deep Canyon that the. Arkansas River Cut. We took a trolley ride across it that had a glass floor and my family still hasn't let me live that shit down. I was clinging on to anything I could find. Needless to say I didn't go back across the Gorge on the trolley.

Pretty brutal back in the gym day. Never did deadlift just to knees, and I didn't pause much at the knee but I did let it down slowly. Serious burn but I was really concentrating on slowing my hips down and speeding the bar up. I am never sure where to start rack pulls so I did it just below the knees. Last set was supposed to be 4 sets of 3 but I had no chalk and my grip was failing big time so I did 2,1,1,1. Still call it a win. Went to golden corral and beasted- ate a giant steak and chicken salad, 4 pcs fried chicken w mashed and then noticed the had breakfast food...so I crushed 12 pcs bacon, 6 eggs, 4 pcs strawberry french toast... and then forced in an 8 oz pc of steak off the grill with 3 more pcs french toast. I am trying hard not to puke but am fairly certain I hit post workout macros.
