Pretty brutal back in the gym day. Never did deadlift just to knees, and I didn't pause much at the knee but I did let it down slowly. Serious burn but I was really concentrating on slowing my hips down and speeding the bar up. I am never sure where to start rack pulls so I did it just below the knees. Last set was supposed to be 4 sets of 3 but I had no chalk and my grip was failing big time so I did 2,1,1,1. Still call it a win. Went to golden corral and beasted- ate a giant steak and chicken salad, 4 pcs fried chicken w mashed and then noticed the had breakfast food...so I crushed 12 pcs bacon, 6 eggs, 4 pcs strawberry french toast... and then forced in an 8 oz pc of steak off the grill with 3 more pcs french toast. I am trying hard not to puke but am fairly certain I hit post workout macros.
Yea rack pulls can be brutal if done right. Especially trying 2 sets at different heights starting from the bottom and working up. Ill do that for a total of like 12 or 14 sets sometimes. But i only do one set of balls to the wall deadlift so im not tired as i am sure you were from the 4 sets you did. Hats off to you brother, thats a ton of volume for deads. I have a hard time recoverying from that much volume when going balls to the wall.

My body is starting to catch up well. Knees feel good, I voodoo floss my inner elbow pre bench for total relief, eating like a beast. Today was big morning shake, 6 egg quiche with bacon cheese and spinach, mashed potatoes with roast pork, Cajun chicken with sweet potato, big sloppy pb&j, and potato and pork again- post workout was 40 mcnuggets and an orange hi c. Probably another shake or two before bed. Mt daughter had a fucking meltdown at the gym going in, we got back in the car, recovered and she held out for hour and a half for ne. Now we are watching this HORRIBLE new Cinderella for the 100th time. For the record I like the og one she used to watch all the time and most Disney movies- this one is fucking terrible. Hope everyone is getting on well - I been busy as fuck. Going to Boston on vacation in a couple weeks with my girl and can't wait to get the fuck away from everything for a bit.

When she was an infant the only way you could set her down was if yo gabba gabba was on. She knew when dj Lance said "ok kids, it's time to go" that it was almost over and she started fussing.... so I got out my freeware video editor and cut that out and patched half a dozen episodes together. Two hours of bliss when she would wake up at 5 am or at least until she shit her diaper. I had that "I love bugs" song stuck in my head for a year. Thanks to you its back.

Do you really notice that much of a difference with the voodoo floss on your elbow brutus? I've been debating buying some for a while. I've had left elbow pain on and off ever since I was a little kid.

I have had elbow issues so I had to dump skullcrushers because of that so perhaps voodoo floss might help.
