Finished it. Double squat session was intimidating, but honestly the second set was easier. 5 sets 3 bench at 325 went easier than I thought it would after the first set too. My body is starting to catch up well. Knees feel good, I voodoo floss my inner elbow pre bench for total relief, eating like a beast. Today was big morning shake, 6 egg quiche with bacon cheese and spinach, mashed potatoes with roast pork, Cajun chicken with sweet potato, big sloppy pb&j, and potato and pork again- post workout was 40 mcnuggets and an orange hi c. Probably another shake or two before bed. Mt daughter had a fucking meltdown at the gym going in, we got back in the car, recovered and she held out for hour and a half for ne. Now we are watching this HORRIBLE new Cinderella for the 100th time. For the record I like the og one she used to watch all the time and most Disney movies- this one is fucking terrible. Hope everyone is getting on well - I been busy as fuck. Going to Boston on vacation in a couple weeks with my girl and can't wait to get the fuck away from everything for a bit.
