This is really getting interesting... these workouts are just as much a mental battle as a physical battle- my mind tells me my body can't do it the whole fucking workout practically from three or four sets in. Moving this heavy for multiple reps and sets is finally what my body is getting used to- took this whole time for me to get past the pain and just be in a normal training pain as opposed to sore beyond belief ever time I trained from the last session. I am having some twinge in my abdomen but they went away- I think my stance was too wide at first.
On average how long does it take you to get through one of these workouts?
Brutus has better conditioning than I do but for me they took anywhere from 1.5-2.5 hrs
Tell her:I figured they would take a bit longer than my workouts do. Including cardio I'm there about 1.5 hrs never longer than 2 except maybe on the weekend. Since this is a serious consideration I need to acclimate my wife to me being gone a bit longer lol. Not that she will care but I'll just add a few minutes here there to end of my workouts so it's not so drastic.

This shit is ridiculous- seeing spots half the time I'm in there. Back feels great though, zero ab twinges, speed off my chest is phenomenal with the exception of a few i went too low with on my touch point. Done and done.

Pre workout I ate six meatballs and mashed potatoes after a shake with 8 eggs and two cups oatmeal. Peri workout I had two twinkies after d deads and two more after benching. Post workout was half a chicken, rice and beans, rack of ribs, Ceasars salad, tomato salad and three rolls. I ain't playin skull- tryin to hit some numbers sometime soon!Damn brut. 2 hours is still at least an hour quicker than I could get that amount of heavy training done. Nice work my friend.
