So! I'm sitting at 272 this morning (6'2") and went to bed at 278 last night- bigger than I have ever been. I have been cruising (ha!) On a gram of eq a week for about 8 weeks now with a trt dose (150) of test. I was running 6-9 iu seros a day for about 4 months.... but niggas is broke these days so I hopped off those last week. My cycle? Real simple. I am going to run a gram of eq a week for the next 18 weeks and pulse npp at 100mg ed in 3-4 week bursts with 1-2 weeks off npp in between. I got magnificent growth doing this recently and I didn't feel tren poisoned so fuck it. Npp it is. I hate orals- I have proviron I'm going to run at some point, I have some tren that might rear it's head but for the time being I am experiencing great gains without a ton of gear (subbing a ton of food in its place) so why bother.

So, you're a couple months in on this cycle is it still the same?? Have ya added any tren yet?? Or anything else??

Just to let my meso brothers know- I am taking a week off. I conversed with doc and I will pick right up in the last session of the 29 block of sheiko. I am going to start using the oly bar as well- thumbs over the top of the bar in hopes my elbow fares better. Why? The Ssb is putting too much stress on my ab/groin area and I fear I am developing a hernia- I know switching bars will solve the problem.
I am hitting boston with the girlfriend for a week, and my body will rest save for the hotel bed cardio several times a day. She has never been, I prefer it to nyc and have been a thousand times. My bday present to her... tickets, baller hotel, baller dinners and some clothes and whatever the fuck she wants. Should be fun. Will be fun. Don't miss me too much my friends.

What do you drink/eat during? I saw Brutus had a couple Twinkies. I drank a bottle of kefir during my workout the other day and it was great besides giving me horrific gas.
I did carbogoline for a while and it was ok but tastes horrible. Bananas are ok but give me heartburn. Doc says pop tarts but I need too much liquid to get em down... I do a pack of twinkies after sets of compound exercises and works great. I also eat HUGE an hour before- 50 grams of protein and a big sweet potato or something AND A shake. I went through countless jugs of preworkout through the last couple years AND NOTHING BEATS PRE WORKOUT MEALS. nothing. Some coffee, twinkies, pr time!

I normally get to the gym around 6. The past 2-3 weeks I've been eating my sweet potato and a 6oz steak at 4 (or steak and sweet potato according to Doc:rolleyes:). I also take a pop tart and a BCAA mixed drink. Most days I save the pop tart for post workout but sometimes I'll eat it about a hour in.
