Nice and cheap simple carbs. I literally can't get through these sessions without peri workout carbs. 2 hours 40 min for this. The worst part other than front squats were those db flys... my arms were shot from the last two days benching.
Just never thought about it:confused:
I may have to load my pockets up with those raspberry/coconut zingers if I go that route.

The gym he went to isn't just a den. It's a Mecca of iron, sweat, blood, and nationally ranked lifters! When I die I want to be buried in that particular gym.
