Looks like I'm late to the party... Seems like it's been a couple weeks since I've been on here. Things have been crazy but I'm really looking forward to jumping on again.. Saturday will be 12 weeks off.

Cycle will consist of tren, GH, npp, tbol, var, test, and eq. Haven't hammered out dosages just yet.

Here's a pic from a few days ago, first thing in the morning. I cut down to 200, feeling skinny as shit!! :eek:

Chest day (jb couldn't make it)
135 x 10 paused
225 x 10
315 - 5 sets of 5 (no spotter - forced deload. I hate unracking anything more than 315)

Incline bench. Don't know what it's called but I put 25 lb plates each side and hang additional 25 lb plates with 30lb bands. Drive fast off the chest and you get resistance from the hanging weights and then you hold the lockout while they bounce around. Fucking brutal. Thanks @Docd187123

It's basically a ghetto rigged bamboo bbar bench press. You know, Hartford style ghetto lol. Glad you liked them
 
I'm jealous! Just had the shittiest chest workout, ever! I think adding t3 was a terrible idea, cutting it.

Anyone ever have t3 destroy their strength? It's either t3 or adderrall....
 
I am now my friend. Just week before I start I assume? And should I test five rep maxes the week before that?

Don't test 5 rep maxes the week before as it will likely leave you a little below where you should be when you test 1-rep maxes.

Your coach will likely set your first couple of training session weight, set and reps based off of the 1-rep maxes but will adjust them quickly based on what he is seeing when you lift rather than trying to plug everything into a formula which is the main problem I have with online coaching programs.
