A short answer AAS will give you quicker and more noticeable gains. GH I believe will give you that quality over time.@mands

Cycle will consist of tren, GH, npp, tbol, var, test, and eq. Haven't hammered out dosages just yet.

315 - 5 sets of 5 (no spotter - forced deload. I hate unracking anything more than 315)
Incline bench. Don't know what it's called but I put 25 lb plates each side and hang additional 25 lb plates with 30lb bands. Drive fast off the chest and you get resistance from the hanging weights and then you hold the lockout while they bounce around. Fucking brutal. Thanks @Docd187123
