Don't test 5 rep maxes the week before as it will likely leave you a little below where you should be when you test 1-rep maxes.

Your coach will likely set your first couple of training session weight, set and reps based off of the 1-rep maxes but will adjust them quickly based on what he is seeing when you lift rather than trying to plug everything into a formula which is the main problem I have with online coaching programs.

The week after my meet, for some foolish reason or another, I decided to attempt 5RM in squats, bench press, deadlifts, and OHP all in one session....a week after the meet. I still can feel the pain of that day today hahaha

You did because we have to prove to ourselves and everyone else that the meet didn't take anything out of us-even if it did!

JB will have to add at least 3% bodyfat before entering a powerlifting meet or he will be automatically disqualified for looking too good.

Looks like I'm late to the party... Seems like it's been a couple weeks since I've been on here. Things have been crazy but I'm really looking forward to jumping on again.. Saturday will be 12 weeks off.

Cycle will consist of tren, GH, npp, tbol, var, test, and eq. Haven't hammered out dosages just yet.

315 - 5 sets of 5 (no spotter - forced deload. I hate unracking anything more than 315)

Incline bench. Don't know what it's called but I put 25 lb plates each side and hang additional 25 lb plates with 30lb bands. Drive fast off the chest and you get resistance from the hanging weights and then you hold the lockout while they bounce around. Fucking brutal. Thanks @Docd187123

Ya right when me an my ol lady get one out of that stage, we had a little girl. Damn it, haha its been like 6 yrs of non stop shit changing smh. Hopefully we can get her potty trained here soon. Ive had a vasectomy done so no more diapers after this one.....thank god lol. Mmm Mcdonalds. I cant clean bulk under this kind of pressure:eek::D:p

Fit bits are definitely a good one. I got one for my niece and she loves it.
