Thank you for the feedback. Meso brings a lot of odd emails out of the woodwork, so I can see both sides here. If you have a previous rapport with another rep, I would suggest just asking them for a new list instead of going this route.

Why would meso need 2 reps and 2 different emails. Why can't pareto just have the 1 meso rep to me that sounds more efficient and legit and way less confusing. What seems odd to me is id imagine your all trying to run different prices, if that wasnt the case then sending me a list would have been as easy as hey can i get a list......sure bud hear it is.

I'm not sure if you are familiar with how much product a lab the size of Pareto/SYN/etc. push. It's very common for them to have multiple reps for a lab covering different areas etc.

I ordered from Pareto1 and ended up with an order to ParetoMeso this time for a decent amount he was very responsive through email and I'll update after my order arrives. He was not pushy about anything to me as you mentioned.

I don't see your point? This is the same lab with the main owner/thread creator deciding to put a different reps email in the new thread. Where do you get the "no experience" from for this rep was it posted somewhere that he is brand new? That changes nothing about the lab/product you are ordering.....

Yes i understand they push alot of gear and how , they have diffrent reps but my concern was 2 different emails on meso, i was basically confused i mean
Im glad you had no issues with this rep , pareto comes highly recommend from alot of people hence another reason i wanted to give them ago, could have been a fluke my conversation with the rep did not go well, but i did however have great response from pareto 1 and problems been resolved, its been less then 24 hrs so that does count for something i do not have my doupts pareto is top of the line labs there not in business this long if they had bad gear or if they were bad to deal with thats comman sence and i look forward to trying them out, again my communication issue has been 100%resolved

Just givin guys an update on my previous posts about a slight communication error, i recently received my little care package from pareto, and he has been absolutely awsome to deal with , quick response and quick ship was actually only a couple days but my post office sucks in general so i had to wait till today . But it arrived last week on couple days after order.
Everything looks great ,and i think the best part was is pareto rep was very concerned with making sure that i was happy as a costumer he kept checkin in to make sure everything was good.and was quick to take care of me. Its nice that a brand that deals with 100s of orders most likely daily takes the time to fix or to make sure costumers are happy even the small order guys so a big hi five for pareto and thnx for the great service.

First time ordering, not entirely sure what they were before,

Ordered last year it looks like it's just leftovers from the old packaging

My package touched down and once the CIM package arrived it was handled and shipped within the day

Shipping: 10/10

Was kept informed and updated on the package and given pertinent info.

Product: 9.5/10

Zero issues with product but I added on test suspension after forgetting and Pareto was super nice and said he would just toss it on but it ended up not being in the package. Not a big deal because it was a freebie anyways.

RU558841 seems to be made by a diff company but looks legit. The ironman tablets are by Atlas.

Customer Service: 10/10

Great communication and even tossed on an extra item for my cutter stack that is hard for me to find.

Pareto is solid and the concerns about the email being diff/diff Rep I felt just as taken care of.
