Pretty sweet deal at Costco!

View attachment 83095

The real hero of the day. Keep fighting the good fight sir

on a tangent: you know they sell the 4 pack of portabello mushrooms at Costco? I bought some expecting to cook them with eggs etc but never did- so I'm heading out of town and decide fuck I gotta eat this food so I sit down watching netflix and dome all four mushrooms raw. Tasty little things let me tell ya

To skip the suspense- it fucked me right up...gut looked like a turtle shell and was in so much pain for 36 hours. Apparently if you consume enough raw mushroom of most types it will poison you slightly.

Anyway cool protein find

U ever hear any feedback about this lab ur talking about ..Met a guy at work today that sells that stuff .

Lykan works with SPA- they sell OK gear but for cheap ass prices. If your clients are resellers it can be good because you can make a ton on markup- you just have to have clients who dont want strong products.

Guys help a fellow Canadian out... I don’t want to cut any longer. I’m already at 166-168 lbs. Down from 232 lbs.. I’m 5’11-6’ and I don’t feel comfortable at this weight.. I’ve retained and even increased my strength since the start of my cut. So whatever muscle I had in the beginning, is probably still there. My diet is 100% in check and I my routine works for me. I’m thinking about pulling the trigger and starting a cycle.. I need to add muscle so it will most likely be a lean bulk (300-500 above maintenance). The only problem I have - I still have lower belly/love handle/lower back fat and some fat around my chest. I can see my chest separation and muscles when I move my skin. Same goes with my abs and obliques. Can I sort of do a recomp at 300-500 above maintenance on say a 10-12 week cycle of test E (500 mg)? Would I be able to pack on noticeable muscle that will get me out of this stupidly low weight... I’ve posted some recent pictures below. Appreciate the advice guys. I’m strong as hell.. I just need to add my muscle back. I’ve never been this dedicated to fitness before in my life. So you’ll know I’ll be 100% locked into my diet/training. Any suggestions/advice?

Today:
I can't see your pics, you really cut a lot, congrats, but I'm 6'1 about 240 and 17%bf, I do have some fat on my belly, chest, love handles and not a great muscle definition, I think you at 5'11 and 166lb or you are really ripped or you don't have much muscle, how old are you and where is your bf around?

I don't believe you can bulk without adding fat as well, only if you train like a endurance athlete with lots and lots of cardio

About only test, my opinion is that it will depend on your age, your diet and your history on working out and cycles

But I'm not an expert, just my opinion

Yeah, I wish I was ripped at this low of a weight. I think I don’t have much muscle.. which is why I don’t want to cut any more. I’ve never been this small before... always 190+..

I’m 23, turning 24 soon. Routine is 7 days a week (I do follow a 1 body part a day with chest and back twice per 7 days - been working for me), followed by 20-30 mins HIIT everyday (200-300 calories burned).

Diet is basically a IIFYM approach. But I eat the same “clean” foods almost everyday anyways. Mostly comprised of egg whites, chicken breast, whey, nuts, and whatever carb/fat sources I can get. I cut at around 2000-2200 calories. Some days at 1800-1900 calories.

Two more questions, for how long have you been training like this and how long did it take to you to drop all these pounds?

Been training seriously for 1 year now which was basically the start of my cut. This routine I started about 3-4 months ago. At the start of my diet, I was doing 4 days full body, and 3 days of cardio. My cutting journey started last year Jan-Feb. Was lifting on and off before this time. Clearly, not efficiently.

I will write you a better answer later, sorry, driving now, but I think you are in the right path, but to be honest I wouldn't start with gear on your case, I think test won't help much at your age, I believe it does not worth the risk of screwing up your natural test, but I'll answer it better later, sorry

How about you do a natural lean bulk then? You went from fat to cutting, which would explain why you have a low muscle mass. In my opinion you don't really need to do a cycle right now... you can fill it up naturally and once that's done you can then use some test.

Not to mention you're 23. It's suggested that people should start a cycle at at least 25 years old. Your body is still growing and you have a lot of natural test. It shouldn't be too hard for you to gain muscle mass to your physique... especially when you say that your diet is on point. This shouldn't be too hard at all.

Can you post what your workouts look like?

Thanks bro. Appreciate it.

Hey man. Yeah, that’s what I was thinking. How do you suggest I approach this? I know fat loss is unavoidable, but I would want to minimize it as much as possible. Would 300-500 calories over maintenance be a good start? Thanks.

Posted my routine above. With regards to diet on a bulk, should I increase my carb intake or just follow the same diet as I did on my cut but just more calories. I was thinking 300-500 cslories over maintenance? I get at a minimum 1g+ protein per lb of bw.
