Canadians talk domestic

Don’t think I could do ED injections... I sit down with knee bent to do quad injections. Put the palm of your hand on your hip point your finger down like a gun. Basically anywhere the end of that finger is a good spot. Sit, draw imaginary line down center of your leg, do the same on the outside, half your quad from knee to hip, anywhere in there is generally good to go.

Keep in mind you do have nerves, veins, blood vessels in there. I pinned quads exclusively for a year. Yes I had issues at times. I did a few months ago started pinning delts for other places
I prefer quads and delts.

Dave Palumbo said on one of his YouTube podcasts that you should never shoot in the quad !! I found that kinda weird coming from a pro who has to use multiple injection sites. He said he shoots in his lats !!
That would suck.

Seen that video too. Interesting. I have never had a problem with quads as long as the injection was not too shallow.

I totally agree with Palumbo! There's just too many things going on down there. Lats are one of my favorite spots too inject, lots of meat to hit. But I guess you actually have to have them.

Thanks for the feedback bro I'll give it a shot and see how it goes. I would like to hear from others on the hematoma front.

I agree with lats it is virtually pain free. I guess I have to rethink the quad as a site. By the way 5 days into TM 101 and man do I stay HOT like a furnace. Doesn't help that it's like 30 degrees in toronto right now.

Look at doing ventro glutes, completely painless at 3ml shots

Since this is a Canadian domestic thread I would like to hear some people's experience with bodytech. I've noticed they have done some relabeling, packaging and added some new products. They also seem to be the cheapest lab without doing all the haggling.

Doubt you will hear anything good

I'll be honest,
Never tried their gear.
Mostly because I havnt seen a single good review that isnt unbelievably suspicious.
Most are awful opinions

I'm not poor so I choose to avoid the lab with the worst reviews/prices, and instead use the lab with the best reviews.

Seems to be working out well, this approach.

If you enjoy weak gear it’s the best lab in Canada.

Well that's a stupid thing to say, nobody enjoys weak gear. I'm guessing you have actual proof and or facts of this?

Honestly buddy.

There are so many fantastic domestic labs here.
I just dint take risks anymore.

I go to around 3 or 4 dependant on what I'm running.

So many to choose from that have nothing but great reviews and reputations, why bother taking the risk?
