Chromate | Analytical Services | USA

@Chromate hasn't been here in a while and never gave any response or clarification on failing to provide a report on my sample. Bummer. I was hoping this guy would actually be a new way to test.
Same.. .. I mean if someone wanted to make money.. this would be worth the investment of buying the equipment.. I'm sire you don't need much of a lab.. just the machine, computer and a 2 stainless steel tables lol..

I’m guessing it’s the legal aspect that makes it tough*.

Not that the medical/scientific/chemistry/whatever knowledge would be easy.

I’m actually shocked!! Because so far I had over 7 tests done by him and always gave me updates and get my results within 3-4 days

I'm glad it worked out for you! It's possible that he will get better in time. It would help a lot with me trying him again if he would explain the failure and lay out how he's going to fix it and improve in the future. Remaining silent about mistakes does not build confidence though.

Yes I agree absolutely! I was having Clenbuterol sent to him for testing and he wasn’t able to test Clenbuterol yet so he offered me credit for another sample or refund. He’s been good to me so for. He new and I’m sure it’s a lot learning curves. He should definitely address the issue so you and everyone else can see he is openly trying and wiling to make things right.

I believe you man. I’m just saying it’s kinda crazy a variance test is 20 pills when they usually come in packages of 30 lol. Seems almost pointless to me to have 10 remaining tested pills lol.

I had a good experience with chromate but I can’t speak for others, I just see testing 20 pills for that amount of money unlikely. Also I don’t see the need to test that many. It’s just a little sus is all ya know
Yes, it is doubtful 20 HPLC tests were performed. According to USP 905 guidelines, 10-30 tablets can be weighed to determine content uniformity; so long as the API makes up at least 25% of the tablet composition, variance of the tablet weight is safely assumed to be representative of API variance.

Well, Chromate got back to me last night. He said that for some unknown reason my sample was highly problematic and was unable to complete an analysis. He refunded me the cost of the test and the shipping cost.

The sample was Goodlyfe Test U 200 GSO
Very interesting. Undecylenate? We share in your disappointment. This may mark the end of our working relationship with Sonne Labs.

Hello everyone, apologies for the absence. We have been incredibly busy and overwhelmed by the amount of orders coming in. We now have 4 HPLCs stacked in the lab with more equipment acquisitions planned. Until further notice we are limiting sample acceptance to peptides and certain research chemicals. If you have a supplement which you believe to be adulterated with anabolic agents, and you would like to have those adulterants quantified, then we suggest utilizing the services of our esteemed colleague and director of the world-renowned lab: Mr Janoshik of Janoshik Analytical.

New updates:

hGH method development begins today. We anticipate the availability of this service starting next week. Due to our desire to further research on hGH oligomers, we are not planning to offer a test which only includes monomer content at this time. It is plausible that the oligomers of hGH could have unexpected effects on in-vitro cell cultures and human tissues. We encourage all interested and capable researchers to assist in furthering the collective understanding of this topic. Pricing:

$420 (venmo, cashapp, credit card, apple/google pay)
$369 (BTC, ETH, USDT)

Other new services available now or soon:

Sterility testing (qualitative TAMC / TYMC): $180
Endotoxin count (kinetic chromogenic LAL test, sensitive to 0.001 EU): $TBD
Vacuum (internal vacuum measurement of a peptide vial): $30

All pricing is subject to change. hello@chromate.org

Testosterone Undecanoate. I may have misspelled it in other posts.

I’ll keep an eye out on this one. If AAS testing comes back I’ll give you another run. Got a few oil blends I’d like to test out. Thanks for the update! I was pleased with my test results.

May I offer a friendly suggestion? I'm not being sarcastic or condescending.

Until we see from double or triple blind testing you can accurately test peptides. You should lower the price so people are more inclined to use your services instead of janoshik. When you were testing AAS it wasn't really a big deal for us to spend $240 + shipping sending samples to you and janoshik together. $840 + shipping to test peptides double blind, there won't be a long line to do that.

Also you need to be more active in the community if you want to do business here. It's almost a requirement. Vendors who are not, their threads quickly die and they lose any credibility they have earned. Because it takes confidence in a vendor to send them several hundred dollars in crypto and hopefully get a product or service you've paid for. This isn't Walmart where I can blindly buy things and if I don't get it or don't like it there is some form of accountability. If I send you 2 peptides for testing and you just decided you retired 3mo ago but didn't tell anyone well I'm out nearly 1k dollars.

@nightprowler7 Thank you for the excellent suggestions. The pricing you are referencing is specific to HGH analysis by SEC-HPLC; it is easily the most costly peptide analysis. We do offer a 33% discount on additional samples of the same compound, so in your hypothetical example the cost of two such tests would be $700 (or $615 by BTC). We will consider alternate pricing models once things are better organized here, with a couple new employees trained.

Update

Our website has been experiencing an ongoing DDOS attack since sometime yesterday. As soon as we noticed the attack the nameservers were migrated to Cloudflare, though it seems to have done nothing except provide us with these analytics: 120M requests per hour from 20k unique IPs. There is a simultaneous brute force attack on the server.

It seems nefarious actors do not appreciate our mission.

We are open to suggestions on resolving this problem and apologize for any delays in service it causes.

Looks like the attack was mitigated with a few Cloudflare tweaks -- much easier than expected.

The attacker demanded $5000 and promised a tutorial on how to prevent future attacks.

Lol

In other news we have just acquired an ELSD which will help with samples that are difficult to detect by HPLC-UV.

Update on hGH SEC analysis

The good news is method development was a resounding success.

The bad news is the dimer content in research grade hGH seems worse than we thought.

Fig. 1 shows the chromatogram for European Pharmacopoeia Somatropin CRS Batch 4: Purity 99.498%; Dimer 0.502%

Fig. 2 shows that of research grade hGH from China: Purity 94.002%; Dimer: 3.136%; Trimer / Tetramer 0.160%; Related proteins 2.488%

Exclusive to researchers on MESO, we will pricing hGH SEC analysis at $220 from now through to the end of June. You must mention MESO to receive to the discount.

We hope to gain greater insight into hGH dimer content and will report our findings here.

Have you accepted any sample from Canada? I have some hGH that turns yellow when reconstituted... normal bac water. I want to know if it is maybe dangerous in any way or just bunk
