I have thought about renting my house out but I'm afraid of my property getting damaged. I have put to much time and money into this house to let it go to waste. I think I'm permanently done with buying homes.

I rent my house... I buy properties to fix up and sell. Right now I have properties close to the beach that I am rehabbing- but just like I swing trade or day trade stocks I also don't like holding on to real estate for a long time either. Much easier to rent a house. Ac goes? Landlord. Roof goes? Landlord. Every time I owned my own property any tax savings were long gone with upkeep.

Been around awhile, always cheaper to rent

It was a down payment plus some other costs. Inspections and things like that. I actually bought it for 89k so I think I ended up financing for 81k-82k if I remember correctly.

Fuck 89k...where do you live??? My house was 320k...I only could put 10% down. Mortgage isn't bad though.

It wasn't a popular area years back but it's a growing place now and will continue to grow.
Can't exactly give me address but you'll have to take my word for it. Haha

The house also needed to be fixed. My dad use to own a cabinet buisess so you know I replaced the whole kitchen, floors and installed crown moldings and baseboard in almost every room. Value on the home goes up but took me a long time to peice it together. It was really me taking the money let over from renters after paying the mortgage to pay for it all.

Now thats a nasty one.
I was working as a chef a few years ago and when i was blasting and didnt have a girl to fuck i sometimes had to take a break to jerk off in the hotels toilet.
Then i proceeded to wash my hands and continue doing my job and cook peoples meals.

you reminded me, Gordon Ramsay had his cooks bathroom and the customers bathrooms tested and they were both covered in cocaine, according to his test strips.

Oh recreational drug abuse is totally common in this business. I never did it but some of my colleagues did.
Especially when your working in higher class restaurants the abuse gets heavy. Sometimes the restaurants boss even passes the drugs to his workers

It’s how to keep people motivated to put the orders out fast and work long hours.... and makes life easier when you need to call the workers in on days off.[emoji51]

well i've seen ritalin, halotestin and cheque drops and cocaine in the bathroom before a powerlifting meet. not separately either, together. the ritalin and halo were pills that were crushed the rest was cheque drops in a little bag, the other was cocaine in his pocket he pulled out by hand....no bag just casually had cocaine in his fucking pocket. guess that bag broke? dont know. was set up on the little sinks attached to the wall you know? in one little mountain. to be fair only cycles hard for 6 weeks before meets and only does 3 meets spread out throughout a year so when he isnt doing that is fine since the duration is short but still kind of well ..i dont believe in overkill so i will say its more than needed to get the job done at least. but ritalin shouldnt be a surprise in the world of cooking cocaine according to my father explains Gordon Ramsay all over he said semi jokingly.
