It's a bit hard to believe you make your own raws. We have had like ten raws dealers come through here that make there own raws. Common knowledge is that China only has a small handful of raw manufacturers. What's your company name? Not the name you have on Meso. Your chemical manufacturing plants name in China? I know them all at this point and Crazy Raws is certainly not one of them.
Keeping customers info isn't smart. You are easily hacked and that puts Meso and other Communities at risk. You should delete it after the order is confirmed delivered and the customer signs off on the product being what they want.

How a testing scenario should play out is a third party will send a sample off to a testing facility and it will be unknown to you that it has been sent. Samples sent from you can't be trusted. Testing should be third party or bust.
