Cycle to recomp my body

OP you would likely see a drastic difference on test. I feel you about all the hard work and diet and no gains or fat loss, I’ve been there. Disagree with the guys who say it’s all your diet or training. I’m sure your diet and training have room for improvement, I know mine did, and still do. But imo having poor hormone levels can make the best diet and training routine irrelevant. But here’s the real question you should think about, are you prepared to accept the consequences of starting exogenous test? It will very likely be a lifelong commitment. Especially once you see your physique transform, you won’t want to stop. Are you prepared to be dependent in several ways on a controlled substance (in us at least) for life? There are implications for travel. And most importantly, IMO, think extremely long and hard about the implications on ever having kids. Good luck whatever you decide.

Of course i second the advice that if u think about gear, really learn about it.
But without gear in such a short timeframe you wont achieve that aesthetic look youre going for.
I guess youre talking about a jeff seid/zyzz whatever theyre called type of body?
Also, those looks arent achievable naturally.
And anyone on these forums telling me om just lazy, fuck you.
Welcome to reality. Best naturalcbodybuilders (proven natural) dont even look like then. And theyre younger than us both.

Those people from highschool were left in your dust a long time ago. No need to dwell on that. Congrats on your educational accomplishments! Do this for yourself not for some sort of revenge. I wish you all the luck in the world!

You need to find your tdee and start weighing and tracking what you are eating.

You need to start with a linear progression program and make the barbell your bitch. I suggest the greyskull lp for at least a year and the maybe one of their other programs or something like kinobody.

Wtf......
He isn't looking to be a bodybuilder, he is looking to look decent enough to make people envie him.

I don't care for the program due to lack of squats and deads but everything else is solid in his Greek god or superhero programs. And let's face it the op isn't a serious lifters nor will he prolly ever be. Might as well give him a program suggestion that will get him results and keep him actually lifting. Plus he will get strong as shit on the upper body lifts if he follows the reverse pyramid training scheme laid out in the programs.

I say all that to say Greg Gallagher is the biggest douche in the industry.

an aspiring young attorney with a drug charge for aas on his resume is not a good thing.
Sounds like he’s got money now though. Anti aging clinic all the way. 200mg test/wk plus deca and or var couple times a year, at least the ones near me. So if he goes the aas route, no reason to catch a case

He needs a personal trainer that can provide a complete comprehensive nutritional protocol, actual face to face training to be sure he does the work, a tremendous amount of positive reinforcement and atta boys and "supplementation" in one package. The cost will worth every single penny in the end.

Anything less than that is going to fail. Without all of those things in place I don't care how motivated he is he will quit or look exactly the same in 2 years. Even "genetically blessed" people struggle with training and dieting and question their progress. You take someone in the OP's situation and they just can't do it themselves.

This guy has issues that will require constant monitoring to keep him on track and soft handed tough love to keep him from quitting. His pics tell the whole story. Low T. WTFE, that's the body of a shut in. Shitty food, no physical activity every day for years.

I can say without a doubt, 100%, that if I had this guy working with me for 6 months he'd look like a completely different person and it wouldn't be about AAS or low T. It'd be about me kicking his ass daily in the gym and making him eat what he needs to eat to get where he wants to go. I wouldn't accept his excuses or let him off the hook because he's having a bad day or is sad.

That's what the OP needs. Someone that can fill in the gaps where he falls short. Knowledge, real personal motivation (not fantasy revenge dreams) and a constant push for the required long term consistency in an area he's uncomfortable in.

by losing 1.5lb of fat per week, it'll take you at least 20 weeks to lose all of that stubborn fat. I'm pretty sure you can do it since you were able to lose 60lb with diet and exercise.

I see. If this is something you see every day and you're summarising this board's advice then there's no point in this thread. Can a mod delete it please as I can't seem to?
I think you are retarded, not just "sound" retarded due to an impediment.

Is this really something to worry about? It seems like a rare thing that someone gets busted and charged over personal quantities. It's a small life risk compared to things we take for granted every day, like driving a car. The risk obviously goes up for people who sell on the side or buy raws in bulk.

I'd be more worried about the physical dangers of jumping into steroid use without doing the research first. Starting steroids without learning the basics of diet and training would be pointless anyway, unless it's just TRT.

Yes it is something to worry about and there are many risks to be aware of in regards to trt. Just because you arent running a gram a week doesnt mean there arent risks. Quite the opposite actually. Just my opinion.

Ah man this thread makes me dizzy!
I’ll be blunt @WatchMeMofos your a 25 year old man, now start acting like it.
Your whole pity me attitude is going to get you nowhere in life. You have to want this for yourself. Do some research and get your fucking diet in check and start doing at least an hour of cardio a day to start.
Yeah, yeah your depressed and unmotivated so fucking what! Just remember it could always be worse and be thankful for the positives you already have and build on that shit like you have never done before.
You need to put in hard work and show some fucking discipline or you will never reach your goals. Man the fuck up!!

Maybe you're right. o_O

Well I never expected responses like this from a forum called 'thinksteroids' lmao. My eagerness to start steroids developed because on other forums I kept hearing that people's only regret was not starting sooner and how it completely changed their lives, etc. But I appreciate this, I think I was being an idiot and upon further reflection I'm definitely not ready yet. This is a life-long mission and not just something I want to do for the next two years to complete my 'revenge fantasy' and then go back to being a subhuman with a belly button that looks like a Taiwanese prostitute's asshole. I know from experience that shortcuts don't usually work in life and I should have realized that applies to building a good physique as well.

My original post is the first time I've ever told anyone this story and reading your responses has given me a different perspective on my situation. Fuck everyone from my past, I'm doing this for myself and not them. I need some time after my finals (education comes first) to work everything out. I'll stay on this forum and keep you guys updated.
