Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

One thing to note; I weighed in at 2017 Nats at 176.

I had one productive offseason between then and now after settling in to being a dad. I weighed in at 196 today.

Anyone who says 20lbs of muscle on a cycle is impossible is a liar.

As for today;
5 meals of 5oz of bison/chicken and various amounts of rice and white potatoes between 250-300g each meal. Breakfast was bison/egg whites and COR.

Two In-N-Out Doubles and a Fry incoming now and then it’s off to bed. Expecting another bison/egg white and COR meal 1 and if all is going to plan an IHOP pancake breakfast with one more meal after that before the stage.

Back stage foods will be identical to my first show: rice cakes, Nutella, apple sauce, red wine, etc.
 
So are you going to peak today and try to hold it till Sunday or just do enough to make it to finals then wait till Sunday to pull all the tricks?
 
It starts tonight with in n out to get carbs and extra sodium in. But the real cheats start Sunday morning. Breakfast will be glorious.
In and out is my favorite. I usually try an mall a 4x4 atleast 2times a month. However, I haven’t touched it in over a month. What’s do you get to eat when you go there??
 
Hey Mac - I’m excited to see the final product you bring to stage. It’s a culmination and representation of all the dedication, hard work, and perseverance you put into the preparation for this show - I’m sure it’s going to be something special with the level of commitment you displayed since beginning your log. Now get on that stage and show the Judges why you’ve earned that pro card!!!
 
Haven’t been following, but I know you’re a beast. I’d love to see the package you brought to stage bro. What you do takes some insane dedication.
 
Keeping 20lbs of muslce means you knew what you were doing and how to do it... from reading and keeping up with yiur thread you busted your ass and you deserve getting that card .. awesome progress keep it up .. especially having a newborn around isn’t easy..
