I received my international order placed during the CNY. And dash has been back to responding to emails but there still seems to be a couple people that have orders that haven’t been resolved. But there are variables to that. I’ve seen people swear up and down that they ordered correctly from a source then come to find out there payment didn’t process, the email was wrong, there pack was just seized, etc. @DashPCT what’s up with these couple orders people are claiming you are not responding to? Can you help them out? Maybe you are in the process.I've never used dash or any vendor for that matter that exists in the realm of celebrating CNY during that specific timeframe, so I'm just asking a general question since this appears to not be an isolated issue with the source nor meso -
So I suppose I'm asking for some enlightenment...with the multitude of complaints all over, is the primary problem truly a result of the sources that are affected by that extended holiday, is it the particular source screwing over customers or is it customer's being needlessly paranoid and/or just looking for an excuse to bitch because they feel entitled to instant gratification?
Is it a hit or miss deal on the vendor where mistakes happen because, you know, we're all human?
I'm seriously curious as I don't know; though it seems to me that many of the complaints circle back to the CNY. I could be way off base, as I really don't know and I just get sick seeing and hearing the bitching about everything, all over.
