Dave Palumbo recommends High test 700mg+, lower anabolics

Every time I see your avi pic @gr8whitetrukker I have to look twice. Man you are a fucking beast. Wish my traps looked like that. So what range mg do you run your Test at? What ester?

I like test E/C at 800-1000mg every cycle. Ive ran them much much higher for very little in return. The threshold is a gram.
 
Only one way to find out what works for you! TRY IT! A few points and things to think about. How much test would a guy 280lbs need as compared to a guy 160lbs?? Dose is weight related like calories and grams of protein/carbs, no one ever mentions this, this is a secret that goes right over everyones head. I can run test high 750mg to 1200 mg no water and no sides, others bloat like a puffer fish on 300 mg. So its all relative. I run test higher and others lower and have great results. No steroid dealer will ever tell you this, test is dirt cheap and they want to sell the more expensive most often not needed crap. Dave is right, test builds muscle other compounds are used to enhance the test! I agree for what my goals are and how test effects me.

Ive been saying exactly what Dave says here for a long time. And its exactly how i like to run my cycles. Ive been in arguments about it in the past. Its good to see uber experienced guys like Polumbo backing me up on this

The worst i ever felt was when i ran high tren and low test as advice i had gotten from here. I have never repeated that. Now its high test and a lil tren. I dont think folks respect tren enough
I get cut up using high tren low test. Not strong but cut. I got down to 5% a couple times and kept muscularity. I lost strength on every lift though.
I can't say I felt good.
 
I ever ran test over 600. I just aromatize so easily which is why low test is better for me. Maybe one day Ill try. On 300 test E and EQ 500. I need 2 mg a week of adex.

From what I understand EQ doesn't aromatize at a high rate and it can be ran on long cycles exceeding 16 weeks so that leads me to believe it's a well tolerated. I haven't done it yet. How did it affect your libido? And are the gains keepable? I tend to lean towards slow steady growth as a posed to the rapid stuff that leads to water retention and other harsher side effects.

idk. I have ran it with every cycle. I am going to try without it next time. I only have one pin left of it but it will be in system for a little. I mean I dont mind it. But if I took the 200 and spent that on tren, or deca, or mast. and ran it for just as long youd get better results. But I liked the long running ability with it. But I would just run tren for longer by 3-5 weeks, now.

Are you going to curise or recover with PCT?
 
6 weeks? Then blast again. I think EQ half life of 14 days or so but takes over a month to leave the system. I like NPP for that. 7 days half life and won't stay in the system like it's buddy Deca
 
I did that and didn't like it. It was my first cycle so I didn't run any blood work so I don't know the numbers on it but I felt tried a lot. And I got the same if not better gains and strength from 400 test and 200 NPP. (That's my sweet spot so far) I would think at that level you'd be amortization nation but I've also head dude in the 1000. So it's a person by person thing. I know if I did it I'd have to be watching for man boobs. Lol. Getting blood pulled a lot.
 
There's never a time when it would be unwise to try a low dose of whatever you want combined with whatever else you want. Maybe some guys grow faster and keep gains better with high Test and low tren, and another guy would have better results with low Test and high tren. But it's never a bad idea to try a combination you think will work well, at a low dose just to see how you react. Guys get so carried away with wanting it all right now, and act like there won't ever be another chance so might as well go all in asap and roll the dice (myself included), but the truth of it is this, there will always be time to run another cycle and work hard to get where we want to be. The biggest mistake we can make is wanting to much to fast. That's when we do damage that prevents us from getting to our own personal ultimate goal. Slow and steady wins the race.
 
I've done low test/ high tren twice. It gives me some strength and a lot of hardening but not much size except for my shoulders and arms for some reason. I'm going to try 50/50 next time.

so muscle weight, density and receptor amount, nitrogen requirements has nothing to do with dose? How about glycogen amount? Clearly someone with more mass and nutrient requirements to maintain or grow would require more compounds. So what you are saying is a dose for a 160lb man should be the same for a 280lb man? Obviously you have never been around any 300lb monsters and seen what and how much they take. Obviously there are exceptions to the rule but dont make the exceptions the norm. And someone gaining a bunch of estrogen water on 500mg of test isn’t muscle growth. I would like to know your reasoning for your statement and maybe I can learn something thanks.

The average male produces about 10mg a day or 70mg a week of testosterone naturally. Regardless of height or weight.
