Molly and Ketamine was what we did when we went out. Not sure anything else he was into. I only learned later he did gay for pay as well. Just goes to show how little you know of someone
Ahh yeah tbf those two are pretty common when I've partied with fitness guys. Yeah I just get bad vibes from the dude, maybe it was since he was pushing that h20 shit lol

why is Chase Irons shit?

but Tony Huge sarms shill, Greg Doucette basic info for beginners, and MPMD shill for his trt company good, and Mark Bell mostly ads no good information once your not a beginner is good?
Because every video I watch of him he always pushes the shit out of generic gh and is all for it etc, etc, but then says mk677 is unpredictable when it comes to organ growth and side effects. Don't get me wrong he might put out good info, I'm just going solely off the content I've watched.

Gonna throw my thoughts on a few people I've watched listened to over the years.

Leo Longevity: seems to me he knows what he is talking about, yet I've seen people say he is a fraud or something. I've been watching him a lot lately.

Bostin Lloyd: Some love him, other hate him...funny, but can he be trusted?

Dave Palumbo: Seems to me he is always selling fiberlzye in every situation lol. Used to watch him a lot but got bored of his content. Also, has a shitty past selling fake gear/gh.

Vigorous Steve: Seen a bunch of his videos; He loves Primo and Test, and seems to know a ton of shit I don't even understand, getting very technical...associated with Leo and Derek from MPMD

Chase Irons: I paid for his YouTube subscription where he teaches people to homebrew and also shares his sources for 50 bux a month; does 2-hr streams and answers everyone's questions which I liked, but he has bland personality and treats everyone like a noob, so that is off-putting, yet he does literally answer everything.

Alex Kikel: seems like a nice guy, but very hyper lol.

Nick Trigili : I'm from NJ; used to be friends with him and even Phil Viz, back in the day; I went with him to vegas when he won his pro card. I stopped being party friends with him years ago; seems like he had more issues than I knew., but recently ran into his channel. It's somewhat entertaining, but a lot of gossip and shit. Him and Phil no longer friends, which I'm not surprised because I found all of these types were fake as fuck.

Broderick Chavez : Some say he is great, others a total retard

Fouad Abiad: I'm a big fan of his podcast, but then I hear he really isn't that person (according to Leo Longevity)

Dave Crosslands: big ass dude, seems to just read off all of script though.

Tony Huge: I get a 80s car salesman vibe on one hand, on the other, he comes off somewhat legit

Greg Doucette : I followed a lot of his dieting advice and currently doing that "maingaining" thing, which has been a 9-month recomp. Yet many people shit on that and think he has no clue what he is talking about.

Derek MPMD : Used to like his stuff but I unsubbed after he started making gay ass videos

Mike Israetel : Like his content, but can get too technical with all those fucking acronyms

Layne Norton: probably the best in regards to nutrition science

John Meadows. Love him, RIP.

Mark Bell: Like his podcast and his open-mindedness.

What are your thoughts....who do you trust or not trust?
Which you tubers do you trust? Is that some kind of oxymoron or somthing?

Watched a coupe of his vids over time. He has spent the last 2 years throwing every style and gimic at the wall trying to find out what sticks to get subs.

My list is close to yours but with a little Bumstead, BuffGuys and Ryan Huminstead in the mix for giggles.
ryan huminstead ? not finding this guy

I just ask because it seems so many people claim that others are frauds, and there is always drama.

And yes, the party drugs had no calories, so that's what we went with.

leo is a shit stirring scum bag who hides behind big words
he is a trust fund baby and back stabber its pretty obvious
most are boring cunts who seem autistic as fuck and manage to to over complicate many things
more plate more dates is over saturating himself with quantity over quality now

Broderick chavez and alex kikel are one in the same. Pretty sure broderick taught alex. Broderick is a degreed biologist. Alex also takes consultations with pharmaceutical engineers and other medical sources for his info. Vigorous steve is good, leo, and mpmd are good. Mike isratel and layne norton are both degreed and have good info but hard to sift through all the advice they give for natty people. The problem with most of these people which I have posted about many times is they are not giving the whole story. The info comes at a premium. They are here to advertise basically and entertain for marketing and income stream purposes.

It's a bit unfortunate some of these channels, especially more plates more dates, start out as a fun project but once they get a lot of subscribers they start using the viewer's trust they've gained to hawk things like TRT, pre workout powder, pay forums, and fiber supplements.

I'm seeing way too many twenty-something couch potatoes coming on here with perpetual 250mg test doses because they saw on YouTube that's all it takes to maintain deathstar delts. They don't realize he blasted grams of test and tren per week for years and stopped because he was started to lose his hair. And I myself have paid way too much for arginine/citrulline amino acid and caffeine "pre workout" powder.

But these are just gym rat bro science enthusiasts who are not successful on their own, and making videos out of an old sauna in their parents basement. It's just that the amount of hype or even deliberate misinformation out there just to cover their own ass or make a buck is ridiculous. You've got Leo telling everyone to inject pig brains. Tony Huge hyped and sold sarms for years until the govt busted his company. And then you've got Greg Doucette and Vigorous Steve telling people they take way less anabolics than they really do for social and personal reasons. Good info is out there, but beware of agendas.
This.

i used to watch a lot of leo and longevity and follow him on IG but then he started coming out with these fuckin weird boners and sex drive and sexuality videos and he started sounding like a lunatic with his studies and theories and shit. hes just weird as hell.

MPMD had a lot of good informative videos and he still does to a degree but now hes just obviously trying to capitalize the most he can from his channel. i'd do the same so i don't blame him though i'm sure he makes a very handsome amount of cash. i learned a fair bit from him and he does still put out quality content.

calum von moger, mike ohearn i like watching purely for entertainment. greg doucette is pretty funny sometimes too but i don't get that much info out of him. makes a lot of bullshit videos and they're all just goofballs most of the time.

i agree with a lot of greg's theories about steroids, training, and diet. less is more, minimal calorie deficit / surplus, the whole maingaining stuff, etc. i like that style.

i feel like calum hardly gives a shit about lifting at all and that he's just a genetic freak who really doesn't know all that much about steroids, training, or eating. i mean have you seen the guy when he was injured, not training or dieting at all and on a TRT dose / possibly even completely off? it was a physique i'd say 95% of guys strive for, natty and not natty.

dylan gemelli used to have the best and most informative videos on steroids years ago before they all got taken down. he really knows his shit. he's been making some new videos but his original ones were much better.

chase irons also really knows his stuff but he's just so boring to watch and listen to. always just slowly strolling into his kitchen looking lost and eating his food so goddamn slow like a fuckin toddler.

kai from Formula SEC INITIATED really needs to shut the hell up. he's so annoying.

jo lindner is really fun to watch and decently informative mainly about new workouts to try to switch things up and make things interesting. he and i have the same style of working out more or less which is another reason i like his channel.

the anabolic doc is great. i actually had a consultation with him about being a TRT patient of his since he's not far from where i live. he's a bit pricey but it's worth it in the grand scheme of things. that muscleinsider doctor is decent too.

evan centopani has good cooking videos and fouad abiad does too. both kind of boring to watch though.

and finally "doctor" tony huge is just ridiculously over the top that its hilarious. i mean.. the fuckin guy calls himself dr. tony huge. classic loud mouth in the gym who bullshits with everyone in and out of the locker room.

that's about it i think.

oh yeah, i enjoy seth feroce's videos he's put out some quality and informative videos in the past... his attitude is a bit off putting sometimes. seems like a nice guy but i feel like he's trying too hard to sound tough/cool.

These two people go into depth about what happens when you take steroids, it's kinda scary.... but I'm not sure if I believe them.

What a genius use of reverse psychology. Uploading a video on youtube, and titling it <<DO NOT WATCH THIS>>.

Massive genius.
