I’ve been watching the Think Big Bodybuilding YouTube channel. It has some pretty decent content with a bunch of different coaches and bodybuilders. I like the blood sweat and gear show with Scott McNally, Andrew Berry and Skip Hill. There’s some other good ones also, they have a Drugs and Stuff show with this guy from the UK that’s pretty decent also.

Recently found this channel as well and enjoying it so far. As for workout related content my favourite at the moment is hypertrophy coach, really good content.

The only channel I love is Hypertrophy Coach. His knowledge took my training to the next level.
Hypertrophy Coach is amazing, the amount of knowledge this guy has on biomechanics is crazy, and the fact that he manages to shoot fucking 45 minute videos in a single take only adds to the absurdity…

He could probably be a university biomechanics teacher easily if he wanted to.

That nerd Jeff Nippard has some great videos but same deal as mike isratel. Overcomplicates some things and i dont think his followers know what hard training is (rpe 7.3 not 8.87!!!). He does but its so hard to guage as a noob what rpe 9nreally is.

Agreed, Jeff and Mike has some great content but I feel like you have to "filter" it a little bit.

I used to watch Leo but have come to find out the guy isn’t nearly as smart as he thinks he is he just spits out shit he read online and then takes adderall before he records to make it seem like he’s smart. Bet u he has average IQ at best. Same thing with Derek from MPMD says dumbass long words to try and sound smart like “contractile tissue” and “efficacious dose” like dude just says “muscle” or “effective dose” that shit just bothered me because he’s confusing people who don’t have a large vocabulary or people who English isn’t their first language. And Derek is always going “uuuaaaaammmmm” every other word! Derek, Leo, and Steve all think they’re so fucking smart when really their just 3 guys who used to take steroids and don’t anymore but still wish they could/did so they go talk about gear like they’re scientists. I
Listen to ex pros. Like Dave, nick, Greg, I feel like if anyone on YouTube knows shit about bodybuilding it’d be a pro.

speaking of MPMD he is on Rogan today.

Unbelievable that this clown managed to get this level of exposure while knowing Jack shit, while the people that truly know what the deal is stay in the shadow…

But to be fair, joe rogan is a fellow broscientist himself, so it’s not that hard to imagine.

They used to take steroids, they still do, but they used to too.

I was just thinking this! Derek doesn’t know shit about gear he just says big words to sound smart haha he thinks he’s so important now I bet

I've always enjoyed Seth Feroce for his no nonsense approach to BB and life in general. At one point he detailed exactly what he did for a contest gear wise. Pretty eye opening and ballsy thing to do. Even more respect for detailing to this audience why he got off all the gear years later. He tells you straight up..use this much gear and you will fuck yourself up!! Guy doesn't sugar coat anything.

I like the Anabolic doc for steroid profiles and breakdowns of sides/risks. I do find though he talks in circles and is usually trying to get the audience to join his website. He'll normally say please please dont use this drug..but..if you do please reach out to me to help you lol.

I find Layne Norton is very knowledgeable in the field of nutrition. I will always watch his content before trying a new diet plan to see some of the pros/cons of said diet.

Jerry Ward and Palumbo both have some good information but seem to really toot their own horns a bit to much for my liking. I've noticed as well both are always trying to push products their selling. Dave more so than Jerry in that regard. "He needs my detox, add fiberlyze, we sell an omega 3 product that i think everyone should take"ect.
